Limon sibblings: Lime's Tragedy

After school

Lemon and Lime are walkers so they have to walk a mile to get to home. it wad complete silence out of both of them. They were about half way home when lime started to talk.

Lime: Look sis, about what happened this morning, i didn't mean that. you see, i-i was still tired from-
Lemon: you dont have to make excuses, Limmy...

silence was golden once more. they were approaching an 4-way intersection. the light on the way facing Lemon and lime wad red, so they could cross. then headlights appeared over the horizon. a car was driving straight towards them! Lime noticed that lemon would be hit and quickly pushed her out of the way, having Lime take her spot on the crosswalk. There was a front license plate that was bent so the thin, sharp side was facing the road. i dont want to be too graphic, but the plate sliced Lime right down the center of his face, then he got ran over by the car.
    Lemon, with a few bruises and scraches and a black eye from hitting the asphalt.
