Nine year olds all over Qfeast?

Qfeast goes through strange and unique phases every once in a while, but this phase defined those two adjectives:  Annoyance of underage people on Qfeast! Many people, such as Nephrite, feel it isn't good to have these people on Qfeast, and I fully agree. Well, for me, it depends on the person. Some users who are eight or nine have been saying they are depressed, dirty minded, or mentally ill. This probably isn't true. One user said that she was adopted and many said she was lying. One user created a "Battle Against Make-up" page, which was immature, and another user said they hated babies. Many are saying that people in the age group 9-12 shouldn't be saying these things because they likely aren't true, but I disagree for depression, although in my opinion those feelings shouldn't be expressed online, instead to a trusted adult or friends.
What is the true age group for people on Qfeast? When I joined in 2013, I was let in although I was eight. Now, Qfeast won't let anybody under the age of 13 into the website. But many ten year olds, such as kittenlover101 and MLPGravityFallsFAN, call this their home. Although the age restrictions are confusing, one thing is for sure: We ain't goin anywhere!
