I flew over to a cliff and sat down on the edge. "Ezra!" I heard someone say. I looked behind me and saw Rouge. She was the only good G.U.N. agent. "Oh, hi Rouge." I said waving at her. She sat next to me. "I heard you saved Sonic and the rest." She said. "In favor for your bravery. Here" She said handing me an IPod. "Take this." She said. I took it. "How did you know that I like music?" I asked grinning. "Oh, you know. I have my sources." She said shrugging. I laughed at her. "Yep, you're still the same.""Why thank you." She said flattered. Let me tell you how me and Rouge met. One day, I was running away from a G.U.N. agent named Topaz. Rouge blocked my path. "Well, well. Look at what we have here." She said. I got down on my knees and started to cry. "Please don't kill me. If you do then this world will collapse." I said. "What do you mean?" She asked. I stood up and held out my emerald. "That's a element emerald! You must be a..."
"Element, yes. If you kill me or destroy my emerald then this world will die." I said. She starred at me. "I'll let you off only because you're an element." She said. She flew off and I followed her. We talked about everything we could and that's the story of how me and her became friends. "So, do you know Silver and Blaze?" Rouge asked me interrupting my thoughts. "No."
"You should. Come on, follow me." Rouge said standing up. I stood up and followed her. "First we need my friends to help us out." She said. "Why?" I asked. She started to smirk. "Because Silver and Blaze are in trouble." She said. She stopped and I did too. "Shadow! E-123 Omega! Get down here!" Rouge yelled. Shadow and a giant robot came down. "Hey! I know you. You helped me out of that tube." Shadow said. "Helped! I saved you!" I snapped at him. Rouge fell down laughing. "You must be the one known as Ezra." Omega said. I nodded my head. "Anyways," Rouge said getting up. "She's willing to help us save Blaze and Silver." She said. "Fine." Shadow said. "Where are they anyways?" I asked. "They're in Eggman's lair." Shadow said. Rouge shushed him and whispered something in his ear. "Oh... what that means..."
"SHUT UP SHADOW!" Rouge yelled at him. "What?" I asked. "Oh nothing." Rouge said. "Come on! We have a hedgehog and a cat to save!"
