Part 5
I pulled open the door over my head and climbed up to the second level. Jasper was sitting up eating berries."Jasper your up", I exclaimed.
Jaspers stomach was bandaged where the spear hit him.
"Their awful. They used me as bait!"
"After you were", I gulped "gone the grounders attacked us".
"That must have been fun", he said sarcastically Jasper was back to his normal self.
I helped out around our camp, putting up the wall and gathering food. I helped Clarke with Jasper a lot of the day as well. I heard the door to the floor we were on open. Octavia emerged holding food.
"Here. he should eat", Octavia said.
Octavia sat down next to Jasper and handed him the food.
"He already ate", I said sending Octavia a glare.
"I could eat more", Jasper said and he smiled at Octavia.
"I'll leave you two alone then", I said and scurried down the ladder.
The sun was starting to set I walked around looking at the ground trying to get my anger out. Jasper and I were just friends there was nothing to be angry about but still I was jealous of Octavia. I tripped on a root and fell right onto Harper's back. I felt blood leaking out of my nose.
"Are you alright", Harper asked.
"I'm fine", I said clutching my nose.
"Why don't you sit down"
Harper gestured to a log and we both sat down.
"So how were you arrested", Harper asked.
"Monty, Jasper, and I broke into the green house", I said keeping my story vague.
"I shot a guard", Harper said clearly not wanting to say much either.
Harper and I talked for around a half an hour and then we all went to bed. Jasper was now out of the "medical wing" and in a small tent with Monty and I. I crawled into my sleeping bag I could barley keep my eyes open.
