What your personality can reveal about your costume!

Pondering over which costume to choose between one and another, or having no idea which to choose at all? ILoveMusic's tips!

CHOOSING BETWEEN ONE AND ANOTHER-
1. Imagine yourself in the character's shoes. For example, if your frustrated between a Hermoine costume or a Jailbird's, think of yourself first in Hermoine's. Would other people see you casting spells and chatting to Harry? And would other people see you as a good jailbird? With a real reason to go to jail? Maybe not.
2. Try both costumes on and see how you look in the mirror. Bring a friend to pick out costumes with you so you can ask their opinion and also see for yourself what you look like in the costume.
3. Ditch both of the costumes and set your sights on another Halloween costume. Their are plenty of fish in the sea- and plenty of costumes in the store! If, though, you feel as if you want both costumes back, try both of them on again. If you feel like they both look fabulous on you, then do Eenie Meenie Minie Mo with the costumes. If you feel disappointed with the costume that won, then get the other one.

CHOOSING A COSTUME-
1. Look through a Halloween catalog. The catalogs have great ideas for good costumes for you. If you can't come up with one, look online. Finding costumes online is MUCH, MUCH easier then finding them straight from a catalog.
2. Ask for feedback. Like, "I'm thinking of buying this Park Ranger costume," to your best friend. "Do you think it looks good?" She may reply, "Uh, no, Sarah. That Ranger dress looks lumpy. It doesn't bring out your figure!" or, "Maya. Oh-oh, I'm speechless. That Ranger costume look SOOO good on you." But it's YOUR Halloween costume, so it doesn't matter what her opinion of it is, whether it's good or not. What matters is yours. Look in the mirror. Was your best friend right? Let's just say you don't like it, either. You look like a sausage in that Ranger outfit, and it doesn't match your figure! Maybe you think, "Well, maybe my best friend thought that, but I don't! I like it." Or you could think, "My best friend is right! This looks AWESOME on me!" Or think, "Um, that may be my friend's opinion, but I don't like it." Leave with YOUR opinion, not your friend's.
3. Visit a Halloween store. By the end of the day, you will come out with a costume. Those places supply EVERY known costume.
What about a "Thank You" for the advice?
