The chosen one
Amaze was pulled away from his mother's body as her tried to fight back crying, not wanting to let his mother go. Once he got free he ran as fast as he could towards the exit, the hospital staff trying to catch him and he manages to escape and he runs into the forest crying and swinging his arms to get any branches in his way to move out of his way.Amaze kept running until he slipped on a hill and started to tumble down it and apon hitting the bottom he sprains his wrist and whimpers loudly and he sits up and sits back against a tree and he cries not from the pain in his wrist but from the loss of his second mother. "What's wrong little one?" A mysterious feminine voice asked.
Amaze sprang up startled and he quickly looked around for the source of the voice then a stange glowing goat woman appears and she asks again "What's wrong my child?" Amaze is stunned by the sight of her. "It's okay my child just tell me what's wrong." the woman says with a soothing smile. Amaze eventually calmed down enough and explained how he sprained his wrist and the woman smiled and stepped closer and gently held his wrist and eventually the pain was gone, he was shocked. "What are you?" Amaze asked, "What did you do to me?".
"I simply just healed you is all, but as for what i am well the simple answer is that i'm the goddess of animals." she said. Amaze was confused then he realized she was telling the truth. "Well why is the goddess of animals helping me? i mean i'm just a kid who has nothing to live for on this planet." Amaze asked and said. The goddess chuckled and said "That's where you're wrong my child, you're my chosen one." Amaze took a moment to understand what she said then he smiled a little then teared up again. "Well if you're a goddess then can you bring my mom back to life?" He asked sounding as if he's about to cry. The goddes paused a moment then hugged the crying fox. "I'm sorry my child but that is beyond my power, trust i wish i could bring her back but it's beyond any god's or goddess' power." Amaze sniffled then hugged back and cried into her shoulder. The goddess picked him up and carried him through a portal to the palace of the gods in the sky sanctuary and from there on the goddess took in Amaze as her own and raised him and granted him the gift of super speed and other abilities that he'll need for the future but he still never learned how to read or write.
