I sighed watching my Enemy Melody with my crush was heartbreaking.i can see them talking from afar and it just made me more sadder.this lasted for 2 hours but i flew down when Melody went home and started to walk over to Tails.i felt tingly as my heart started beating as fast as sonic running but as i walked to him i started talking,still super nervous

"h-hi Tails"i said

Tails looked at me and smiled "hi Iris how are you?"he asks me

i smiled back "im doing good"i said while Tails nodded "soooooo.....what were you and Melody Talking about?"i asked.i felt a little stupid asking that but i really wanted to know what that traitor was doing

"oh you know she was just talking about some things"said Tails

"oh okay well uhh.......WANNA HANG OUT?"i asked loudly but blushed a bright red when i asked that

Tails giggled "sure!"he said while i just couldent help but smile

"okay great!"i said while i grabbed Tails hand.i blushed redder while Tails also blushed a bit.we started walking around the mountain and Tails was just looking around at the beautiful nature while i dident keep my eyes off him.he was just so cute! my eyes suddenly turned pink and thats when Tails looked at me

"are you okay Iris?"he asked

i just blushed "y-yeah im alright"i stuttered while Tails kept looking at me and thats made me blush more

"you dont look okay cause your eyes are pink"said Tails

my eyes quickly turned back to blue "n-no their not"i said with a nervous laugh

Tails looked at me again "Iris is there something your not telling me?"he asks

i was speechless.i did want to tell him how i feel but i was too shy "n-no.....there isent"i looked down while Tails put his hand on my shoulder

"Iris you know you can tell me anything when something is wrong right"he said

i nodded "of course Tails i would always tell you when something is wrong"i said smiling but also felt sad inside

Tails smiled back "okay.now come on i'll walk you home cause its getting kinda late"said Tails

i nodded "okay then"i said while Tails grabbed my hand and as he did that my heart started beating fast and i let out a quiet love sigh

Tails smiled and walked me home.my Tails started spinning slowly while Tails looked at me

"im starting to think you wanna fly"he said with a smirk

i blushed and nodded "yeah"i said and started flying.Tails started flying with me while still holding my hand

i smiled really big while still blushing and still thinking in my mind "omg he's holding my hand!" over and over.
when we got to my house we landed and Tails looked at me.

"so uh..i guess i'll see you tomorrow then"said Tails

i nodded "Totally"i said while Tails gave me a quick kiss on the cheek and flew off

i blushed redder the knuckle head (knuckles) and went up to my room not bothering to say hey to my 5 siblings.i closed and locked my bedroom door and i danced around like an idiot "HE LOVES ME!! HE LOVES ME!!"i squealed while jumping up and down but then heard a knock on my door

"Iris are you okay?"my older sister Glitz asked

"yeah im fine!"i said and waited before she left and i just plopped down on my bed and went fast asleep,dreaming about the love of my life
