Dangers of the forest

Yamilette's POV*
I woke up the next morning with a smile on my face. I jumped up and saw that vivid and yana were still asleep. I ran out of the cave and looked up at the sky. There wasnt one cloud. I suddenly heard growling. I gasped and looked beside me. I saw a scary-looking wolf snarling at me. I ran back into the cave. "YAAAHHH!!! WOLF!!!!" I screamed, running around in circles. Vivid immediately sat up. "Wolf?! What?!" She jumped up and ran out of the cave. Yana jumped up. "What?!" She exclaimed and ran out of the cave. Vivid was tackled by the wolf and was holding it back from biting her. "AS SOON AS I WAKE UP!!!" She screamed. Yana saw her and gasped. "Vivid!!" She said and took out her sword. I took out my dagger without thinking and stabbed the wolf. It didnt die! It looked at me and growled. It jumped on top of me! "AAH!!!" I screamed. It bit my arm! "Yami!" Shouted yana. She stabbed the wolf with her sword. It went limp. It was dead. "Welp, we have a wolf-ka-bob!" She said and laughed. I winced, holding my arm. "Yami!" Said vivid. She rushed to my side. She took a look at my arm. "It's not that deep." She said and ran off. "Where are you going?" Shouted yana after her. Vivid came back with some leaves. She wrapped them around my arm and kept them there. "Well, that happened." I said, standing up. There was blood on the ground. "That was intense!" Said yana. "As soon as we wake up, too!" Said vivid, and laughed. Me and yana laughed too.
I realized that there was gonna be way more mornings like this. I sighed. The forest was dangerous, but we had to live with it.
