Chapter 2- Jannet's POV

Unlike most, I was allready up and reading a book.  My alciholoc father was awake, pissed about the hungover from last night.  Right now, however, he wouldn't harm me.
He saw my bruises and scratches on my arm, confused.  "What happened last night?" He asked.  "I tripped a few times walking to the store to get breakfast this morning.  Nothing much." I responded.
I looked at the time, smiled, and grabbed my bag.  We had moved in recently for my dad to find a new job, and so far I had done all the working.
The walk to school was normal, and even entertaining as a blonde male on his scateboard flew past me, wearing the school's male uniform of a navy blue tux and a dark green tie,  making me smirk.  Bad boy somehow managed to get into nerdtopia.
Instantly walking into the school was a wave of regret.  Most people didn't notice me, and sadly, I wasn't even agknolaged.  I was a spec in the wind.  Everyone was focused on the man with the skateboard, matching the uniform.
Scheduel had the locker number, and I went there.  His locker, sadly was next to mine.  Girls swarmed him and he tried to grab his stuff, and instantly, grabbing my stuff, I slammed my locker.  They jumped, saw me, and gave me a wierd look.
"What? I'm just closing my locker." I smiled innocently.  They swarmed away, giving me glares.  I turned to him, and he had a thankful smile.  "Thank God, you came.  Real quick, any idea where the Calculus class is?  Room..." he stopped to look at his scheduel, his bright blue eyes seeming focused.  "Room #12-"
I smiled, interupting.  "Room number 126 is 3 rooms ahead, I'm heading there, also." I replied.
".. Right.  Did you get in here for being Sherlock?" He teased.
I chuckled.  "No, not close.  It's nearly impossible to remember so much and be so observant, unless you have an IQ of 158, and even then, it's scratching the surface.  No, just sensitive sight and hearing." I replied.
"Oh, ok.  Anyway, what's your name?" He asked.
  I smiled. "Jannet, yours?"
  "Victor.  Nice meeting you."
