Old Times

EJ laughed, saying bye to LJ. "He's funny sometimes, but his carnivals are deadly." She gasped, excited. "He has a carnival?" EJ nodded. "Next year, I think. He only holds them every 100 years." She held his hand. She sharpened her knives her earlier. "Ready?" EJ nodded. They went into the first house. There was only one woman. She was young, and had no family. EJ walked around the bed. He plunged his knife through her shoulder. Then, he carefully made an incisision on her neck. She could breathe, and there was minimal blood, but she couldn't talk or scream. "Milady." EJ bowed dramatically.
Rose looked at the girl. She put her hand under her chin. The girl pulled away. "It's too late for that." The knife went through her heart, but she lived a few more moments. When she died, Rose took out one kidney, while EJ pulled out the other. She handed it to EJ, but before he could grab it, she took a bite. "Ha." EJ looked at her. "Rude!" He did nothing but eat his kidney. Rose didn't love the kidney, but she didn't hate it. It was... okay. "It's good. I like these when they're ninteen to twenty years old. Rose sat next to the victim. Her eyes were open, and lifeless.
"Are you feeling bad?" EJ teased. "No!" She said. She smiled. "Come on. We can get about two more houses." The next house, there was an old lady. EJ didn't collect her kidney. "Too old." Rose smiled. "Wow. Rude much?" She mocked. EJ looked at her. "And you're not?" She followed him, saying nothing. "Gotcha!" They walked into the woods. He turned around, about to hold her, but he pushed her out of the way. Somebody had followed them. Rose saw the hunting knife about to hit EJ, and blocked it. She threw her knife at him. It hit his shoulder, but he went down.
Rose pushed him to the ground. "How many followed you? How many!?" The man shook. "Only- Only me. I'm the only one that saw you go out." Rose nodded. She checked his pulse. He wasn't lying. "Good. Not try not to squirm. It's too late for that." She took her knife out of his shoulder, and cut his heart in two. EJ stared from behind. "I love you." He whispered. She walked by him, and jumped into a tree. EJ sighed. "Darn it, Black Rose! You broke the kidney somehow!" She blushed. "But you can't stay mad at me!" EJ called back. "No. You're too cute." Rose nodded.
