Temple of the Forgotten

There are people in this world, very few of them, who have the abilities to defy gravity, test reality, and entirely break the laws of physics. They were helpful. They saved lives. They were accepted and treated as normal people, but people change. They turn on you. They cheat, lie, but they took it to another level. They soon began treating them like animals. But a small group of people wanted to help them. Save them. They erased their memories and sent them to an island, not yet discovered by the rest of humanity. It seems like a paradise at first, but in reality, it is crawling with demons, monsters, vengeful spirits. In order to create a safe, peaceful place to live, they have to fight these creatures. Even if it means putting their lives on the line...

Our story starts with a young man named Sam. Sam had just graduated college a few months ago and was about to find his place in the world. In college, he met some pretty amazing friends. Their names were Brandon, David, and Jaiden, He met Brandon and David in highschool and they became immediate friends. Jaiden however, didn´t click so fast. See, she wasn´t a very trusting person. She still isnt, but Something about Sam made her lower her walls. After that, They had always been pretty close, So close that now, they share an apartment.

present day, somewhere in California

        Sam´s alarm was annoying, but it sure as hell got him up in the morning. His alarm though, didnt beep or ring. It poked his arm repeatedly and said, ¨Wake up Sam, its like, twelve already. You need to get your lazy ass out of bed. ¨ His alarm happened to be Jaiden.
He sat up a little  and rubbed the crust out of his eyes. He wanted to lay back down and go to sleep again, but Jaiden always stood there until he got up, which he found extremely weird and disturbing but there wasnt any way he could get her to go away other than to just get up.
  Jaiden looked impatient.
¨ I swear, if you dont get up i´ll posses you and make you do it. ¨
Oh, I realize that probably sounded weird to those of you who dont know, but both Jaiden and Sam have these weird supernatural abilities.
   Jaiden can posses people, animals,insects, and pretty much anything that can move.
  Sam, could run up to 300mph along with night vision, lightning fast reflexes, and some other stuff. Ya know. The works.
  But, Sam and Jaiden weren´t the only ones with powers, in fact, around a sixteenth of the world`s population had them.
