Long Time Coming

Jacob walked around near a small cafe in the city. He was looking for Jessy. He have a long sleeves on despite the heat to cover his metal arms, his black hair blowing slightly in the wind. He saw Jessy, a 5'9 foot tall girl, with long brown hair, sat at a table. Jacob approached and she looked up and shot up and ran to him. "Jacob!" She wrapped her arms around his neck having to tip toe because he was 6'3 foot tall. "It's good to see you." She said.
"You too. It's been so long, like three years?" He said as they released the embrace.
"Yeah! Wow look at you. You dyed your hair? Or you just going grey" She pointed out a little grey hair on his head.
"Looking after you two was stress full. Still is" He chuckled.
"Well...Jacob..." Jessy looked away and then back, she looked upset, about to cry about something.
"Jessy...What's Up?" Jacob ask qently.
"Sherman is dead...He was trying to save me..."  She told him. "We were ambushed about 3 months ago, and there were just too many...Sherman held them off...But I just ran...I-I-I-"
Jacob cut her off. "It's Sherman, he either died saving you or lived saving you. He can handle more than you think. And if was holding them off I'm sure he did it for you. He loved you"
"Yeah but what kind of girl friend does that?" She cursed herself.
"One that, whether she knows it or not, trusts their loved one" Jacob smiled but soon stopped hearing the screech of a car. "Run" Jessy nodded and they sat off running down the road. Four men will full armor ran after them. People looked over and moved as the chase past. Jessy looked over to Jacob "Spilt?". Jacob nodded and soon jump high in the air landing on a roof. Jessy run down a ally and kept going. Jacob looked down only to look up again and see a helicopter looking right at him. He tilted his head and then back and ran backwards. But yet another helicopter came up on that side too. But he didn't stop, he crossed his arms just upper his eyes and a plasma shield came up in front of him. The helicopter started shooting but shield just blocked the shots. Jacob then sent the shield towards the helicopter. Which went through it but shut down its systems. Jacob jumped, landing on the cockpit glass. "Manners gents" He said sending his fist through the glass, pulling the first guys out, the other pulls a gun out but Jacob was faster and drew his and fired it in half the time. But he turned saw a missile coming for him. The other helicopter had fired. Which made the one he was on exploded. Meanwhile Jessy ran down her ally only to be cut off by a car parked on the other side. She turned, a small box hovered in front of her soon turning into a bow. She took it and drew a arrow from thin air, this arrow was red and glowing. Her left eye went red too. She drew the bow back and shot the arrow. The arrow turned into a red phoenix. The four men chasing her went through it and got burnt alive right away. She smiled but suddenly felt a slight pain in her neck. She soon grew tired, falling to her knees. She breathed slowly but then something hit her around the head. She feel, knocked out by the blow.
