OC fights is back! Kyle vs JJ prep work!

Brothers, androids, weird robots which were never finished!
Robots are cool and are fun to beat up or play as, or whatever!
Kyle the biomechanical weapon of sheer awesomeness.
Vs JJ the robot who was deigned to be better than Kyle.
My name is Josh or SpinnerFTW, and I am going to tell you who would win an OC fight.

Kyle

Kyle the weird and messed up biomechanical fox, designed to bring in Sonic The Hedgehog...Surprise, surprise.
He was built but not finished, after Eggman promised to finish him, he set out and went after Sonic.
After a shortly lived success, surprise Eggman lied and went back to work on Kyle and improved him.
He woke up with some new upgrades.
Kyle can run at speeds up to 586 mph, lift more than a average Mobian, shoot and manipulate fire and turn invisible...He forgets about that last one alot.
He is still inexperienced with these, however can still use all to what he has unlocked at there full.
Even if all this doesn't work he has two little tricks up his sleeve.
If it is needed he can combined with the Chaos Emeralds...You guessed it and goes super.
Super Kyle gets an increase of 1000% in power, can breath under water and is completely invincible!
However if this power isn't enough and you get on his bad side...Well expect Super Dark Kyle to come and get ya.
When in anger or if he lets his anger take over, he takes the form of Super Dark Kyle.
This form gives Kyle a 1500% increase in power, but he loose all control of himself, he can also breath under water.
Why do I keep bringing up water? 'Cause he can't f*cking swim.
Like the super form, Super dark Kyle is completely invincible.
No matter how far you push Kyle, he will push back just as hard.
When in a fight, Kyle will fight to his or his opponents death.
However this can be a great strength or his greatest weakness.
He will push his body to it's limits and past them.
Kyle is ruthless and powerful, do not get on his bad side.

JJ

Fresh from the lab, fast, powerful and completely robotic.
JJ was made in a lab and made for one reason only...Did you to kill Sonic? WELL YOU'RE WRONG HA!
JJ was made to stop the being known as Kyle.
He was made to be better than Kyle in every way...He was a complete success.
JJ is faster, stronger and smarter than Kyle.
He can use a jet pack to fly up to 612 mph and despite his arm and half his face looking like it is robotic, unlike the rest of him. He's completely fire proof.
After a introduction with Kyle, who had some help from Sapphire. JJ was left near for death.
That was until he rebooted, went back to Eggman annnnnd got an upgrade.
He can now run up to 652 mph, lift nearly a whole ton and can now resist water to some degree.
However, if none of this works, he can use a special fuel within him and increase his power by going Full Power!
Full Power allows JJ to increase his power by 750%.
And if he is still getting his ass kicked, he'll power up again and go into Overdrive.
Overdrive gives JJ a full increase of 1250%.
However despite all these powerful features, he has many faults.
His exposed exo skeleton is weak at joints, meaning his arm could be ripped off.
The Full Power and Overdrive give him more increase than a super form, he is not invincible.
And despite being a robot, he is still learning to be in the real world, meaning he misses out on things in battle.
No matter how he is, he still lives to fight and is very good at it.
If you piss JJ off, you run.
