The Spirit Bomb!

Frieza kicked Josh away from him. Josh rolled across the floor, he stood up and thought to himself ""Dam it, he's way too strong, and I'm nearly drained. I have to use the Spirit Bomb"" he raised both his arms in the air and opened his hands so his palm were facing upwards.
"W-What are you doing?" Frieza stopped and looked at him.
"Oh, I'm just...Stretching" Josh said nervelessly.
"In the middle of a fight?" Frieza just stood there looking at him.
"Yep" He smiled.

"What's he doing?" Jackie asked.
"I don't know" Sapphire answered.
"Wait...Ah! the Spirit Bomb!" Dom got a bit excited.
"The what?" Ben wondered.
"He told me about it about a day ago. He draws energy from anything living, like tree and stuff" Dom turned to Ben.
"But where is it then?" Liam asked Dom.
Kate started to look around "There!" she pointed up at a giant, light blue ball in the sky above Frieza and Josh.
"Oh my god, it's huge!" Jackie starred in amazement.
"That's a hell of a lot of energy" Brako had never seen anything like it, he was fairly surprised.
"Question is can he last long enough to throw it" Sapphire said before looking down at the two again.

Josh still had his hands in the air, Frieza starred at him "OK, really what are you doing?" he asked.
"I told you..." Josh was still Buying time. "Now you're just be transcendent"
"What? No that's stupid!" Frieza fueled his rage again.
"Or maybe it's being awesome?" Josh mocked Frieza.
"You're stupid! Stop being so stupid!" Frieza snapvanished in front of Josh and kicked him away.
He rolled along the floor again ""Dam my mouth"" he thought and stood up, putting his hands in the air again.
"There you are again. Throwing your hands in the air" Frieza stood looking at Josh once again.
"Like I just don't care?" Josh looked back at him. Frieza just punched him in the face, knocking him back.

"Dam, this is bad" Dom got more worried.
"To hell with this!" Sapphire flew into the air and at the two, Frieza and Josh.
"Wait!" Jackie followed up behind.
"Dam it!" Ben rushed after them.
"Oh for the love of!" Kate came last after all of them.

Josh was still on the ground. Frieza pointed his finger at him. "Now then, time you d-" Frieza was cut off by a kick to the side of his face, sending him away.
"What the?" Josh stood up again as Sapphire landed, followed soon by Ben, Jackie and Kate.
"No talk! PLAN NOW!" Sapphire yelled.
"The Bombs about done just a few more seconds" He raised his hands in the air. "There!"
Frieza popped out of the ground and went at them. "I'll kill you all!"
"Eat this Frieza!" Josh threw his arms down. the Spirit Bomb came down towards Frieza.
"What?" Frieza stopped and looked up "Oh my god" he put his hands out and tried to block the Spirit Bomb. it hit the ground and exploded, with a massive amount of smoke and power. Was he dead?
