Firing Squad

I don't know what it is that I did
but all the time with you trying to untwist the lid.
of that stuck, unending lie.
forever time just passing by and by and by and by.

For some reason I could not see
what it was you were hiding from me
until I finally found my ground
and I heard that unfaithful sound

you tied that rag around my eyes
and you took the shot
and the last of what was our ties
and all we were was just forgot





Trapped

Trapped within the dark recesses of my mind
I find nothing but sorrow and anger.
And when I start falling behind
I find myself closer to danger.

The absences that find me today
are but sweet rejoices to tomorrow's guilt.
For when my thoughts hold me at bay
Everything's broken that was built.
And in my mind I become trapped,
by sorrow and anger and guilt.

And it slowly corrupts me into a darkness of insanity from which I can not escape...





How come

How come you never speak to me anymore?
You never call
you never write
and the only time I ever hear from you
is when you're too far sulked
that you fall into that void
that empty soul.

How come it is?
that when I look at you
you look away
you find my eyes
to be harsh or poisoned
what is it about me
that's so repulsive?

How come you fight me?
with that incessant urge of push
that comes from behind
and keeps on forward
until all that's left behind
is nothing more than the perilous
nothingness in which you seem to have come from.

So answer me this.
Enlighten me with this simple truth
this incandescent repulse of a will
this dry heave of which you posses
the never ending, relentlessly impaling quarrel
Please answer me this!

Don't you worry

When you're sick
When you're weak
When you've decided you've had enough
Don't worry

When you're jealous
When you're in pain
When you have doubts
Don't worry

When you have reach the end of your rope
or gone out on a branch
in which you feel is about to break
Don't worry

When you've been lost on a trail
I'll find you
When you've crashed into wall of which is impenetrable
I'll break it for you

I'll be there for you
through the thick and thin
through the pain and sorrow
and even through the good times.

Don't you worry
I'm here to stay.
