Ch. 3

"Nothing of your concern, I can assure you. I look across from me and see the man that was staring at me earlier. He still has the freaked out expression. "Hey, does you're buddy always look like that?" I ask the man next to me in a hushed whisper. He chuckles.
"Only when he really likes someone. And it isn't me." The man across from me turns red. I smile.
"As much as I'd love to sit here and talk, I really must be going." I turn to see if the man moves but he doesn't. I frown. "Please move?" I groan when they all continue staring.
"Tell us why you just came to town." I glare.
"My aunt died. I'm coming to help with funeral preparations." I lie.
"Well don't you just put the fun in funeral." I glare.
"She's lying." The man who "likes" me says, staring right at me. I almost faulter.
"Why would I lie about my dead aunt?" I demand.
"She's a hunter too." I stare at him with wide eyes.
        "What?" I demand.
"She's a hunter. She's here for the-" The man next to him covers his mouth.
"Can I get names please? I need names to report to the nut house." I smile at them sarcastically.
"I'm Dean," The guy next to me says, then points to the man covering the man across from me's mouth. "That's my brother Sam and that is-" No name crosses his eyes looking at Sam's hand before Sam withdraws his hand with disgust.
"I'm Castiel," He says cheerfully. "Can I talk to you for a second? Alone." He winks at Dean. Dean and Sam move. I grab my lap top and follow Castiel a distance away. We are down a small hallway away from the other men.
"So what is this-" I'm cut off by his lips on mine. My eyes widen. But the feeling overwhelms me and I fall into the trap. I close my eyes and relax. He pushes my against the wall and grips my upper arms. A searing feeling runs through the area his hands are touching, but it feels amazing. The kiss gets rough as he stands to his full height and I have to stretch up more. Then he pulls away slowly.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't take it anymore." He smiles awkwardly as a blush rises on his cheeks.
"Don't apologize." I wink, and he flushes harder.
"I actually want to follow up on before..." I look at him curiously. "Are you a hunter?"
"What kind of hunter?" I pull out my car keys.
"Of demons." I stare at him with wide eyes. My keys slip from my hands. He catches them without even looking at them.
        "How did..."
"Well, I am traveling with two hunters, Sam and Dean. Plus, you have the weird symbol thing." He points to the symbol peaking from my tank top neck line.
"Well, that's nice. But don't tell them I'm here for the thing okay?" He nods.
"I'm an angel by the way." He hands me my keys. I stare at him.
"I've heard a lot of folk lore. I'm assuming this is your vessel?" He nods.
"Yeah, actually..." There is a cloud of smoke coming into the hallway. All the doors slam shut and the black smoke begins to enter Castiel's body. I yank off the charm my dad gave me and pull out my knife. I slit my wrist and using my blood I draw an angel repel symbol. He is blasted away. I press my charm on the smoke and begin to exercise it. It is gone in moments. A blast shakes the entire restaurant. I take off out the door and hurry to my car. I go to a motel and check in. I wash up and watch the news.
There are pounding knocks at my door.
