"I wish..." Uh oh!

We're all round at Jackie's house for tonight. The beds are set up, midnight snacks all over the big bedroom, but for now we're dancing in the living room to some of the greatest tunes of today. We've invited some other of our friends round too. Kameo, Rose, and Luna. Tonight is gonna total RULE!
Jackie pats my shoulder and points over to Katia.
She's dancing!
"And you said you didn't know any moves," Alexis tells Katia. "You rule, girl!"
"Why thank you, but I'm not really royalty," Katia replies.
Something tells me she knows nothing about teenage life. And I don't blame her, being locked away for the time she has been.
"Katia," I start. "You've got to get more confidence in yourself."
"I just feel... so... out of place," Katia says. "You ladies - guys, I mean - you're so hop. I mean, hip. I don't know anything about fashion, music, boys, or-"
"Who cares?" Jackie says. "You got your own style."
"There's nothing more fashionable than doing your own thing, Katia," Luna says.
"You just gotta get it on, girl," Kameo then adds.
"Oh surely, you go too far. I mean, I'll get on it," Katia replies. She sort of hesitates in the middle.
Then, the lights suddenly pop. Jackie tries to switch on the light again. Nothing.
"What the hell?"
"Oh God, they're here!" Katia shouts.
We then hear the door open, and grab for the closest weapons, sneaking down to the hallway.
Katia then walks behind us with something in her hand. "I found this pistol," she says.
A pistol?
Since when did those goons after Katia carry pistols? I didn't see them with any pistols.
The intruders then sneak into the living room. When we're close to the sofa, we see two figures jump out from behind, and shout, "PARTY RAID!"
Leat feels around for a switch, and this time, the lights switch back on.
And we see the intruders.
Jackie totally loses her temper. "SONIC! KAZAN! WHAT THE HELL?! YOU SCARED ME TO DEATH!" She pushes Sonic and Kazan onto the sofa, and stamps her foot, still angry of course.
"Jackie, calm down," Luna says, placing her hand on Jackie's right shoulder.
But Jackie ignores Luna, still facing the boys. "I WISH YOU WOULD TOTALLY CROAK!"
