personality: very kind to his friends and will do anything for them, very loyal to the supernatural world, wants to have fun all of the time, but is very shy around new people and has close relationships with his friends
powers: telepathy and extremely good with a gun and really good at stealing things.

backstory: Was also created by the SDW like Oraki and also the SDW could not control him. Torum and Oraki were best friends when they were little and the y still are now. He lives in an apartment that is not that that far from Oraki's house. He had a gas mask sowed to his face during the procedure and had his eyes drilled out which were replaced by aiming eyes which help him quickly aim and kill hi target.
