Day two
After that day, Sibuna Testab, came to the shop everyday. And everyday, when he ordered, I'd terribly mess up his name. This boy was cute."How may I help you? Subana?" I asked, having forgotten his name. Everyday after that I tried harder and harder. Just to cover my mistake.
Today he walked in, a glum look on his face. He came in the same time everyday, when nobody was around. "What's the matter Samantha Testies?" I Aaked with a half-hearted laugh. He sighed, but his lips curled up. Just a bit. Max began making the coffee, normally black with a tiny amount of sugar that she sneaked in. He always said it tasted sweeter than the last.
"Just. Lost my wallet. And I'm being evicted!" He said with a sarcastic cheery tone. "Stupid Roma" he muttered.
"Well, that bites. Hey, you could stay with me? I have an extra room!" She offered, as she slid the coffee to him. He looked up, the eyes as bright as a child's.
"Really?!" He shouted in question.
"Well sure! Why not. I mean we've known each other for s month. So, what's wrong with a friend helping a friend?" She asked, blush scattering across her cheeks.
Four days later, the barista and the silver haired boy, were moving in his stuff. And, that was how their whole lives began! A single coffee.
