Pine Cone Frenzy!(Dream 3, part 1 of 2)
Bus 36 was quite the hellAnd when I tell you, the amount of times I fell.
Pushed out in the isle,
Or even out the door,
It was a nasty land.
Gum on the seats
And kids under them too.
Our windows were down.
The chaos was immeasurable
And our driver did nothing.
After all, nobody works on the last day of school.
I remember the smell,
of the pinecones that fell.
A lovely summer day.
I turned to my friend
Who then said,
“Grab your bag and cover your head!
Get down in between the seats, my friend!”
At first - I was confused.
Then it hit me.
No, literally.
There was a pinecone frenzy!
In the bus,
Out the bus,
The bus that scrapes the curb.
Pine cones fly in,
And all around.
I ducked as was told,
My bag over my head.
The pinecone frenzy started -
So now when will it end?
The bus keeps going;
Both left and right -
And forwards and up.
Pine and pine cones scrape by.
Inside the bus,
Outside the bus.
Pine cone frenzy!
