I understand the hype for Kpop has gone up and many people have it set in their heart to become a Kpop star but I feel like there’s too many groups being produced with too many people in them. It’s hard for me to get into a group when they have so many people in the group because it’s hard for me to get to know them. When there’s so many girls or guys there’s always a center and those few always get the spotlight and I don’t get to know the others in the group. It was hard enough for me with seventeen and Exo but that was when smaller groups were a thing. Now all I see is companies mass producing idols and I feel like they are just trying to get rid of their trainees. Keeping that in mind I feel like half the time the idols don’t have too much talent either. Like sure they have more than I do but there’s nothing special about them because I see it every day in every group. I feel like groups are also being mass produced. I’m used to having maybe 10 new groups a year but currently there’s a new group every other week. I feel like it needs to slow down and more thought needs to be put into these groups.
Most of the fans always make reference to the k pop and always like hey army like this if you are army. I really dont think they should be soo excited and should calm a bit .
