Chapter 11 Kicking His Butt
I walked down the road towards Aidan's house. I was pumped. Ready to kick butt. I walked up to the door and knocked. He answered the door and tried to shut it. But I stuck my toe in the way so he couldn't. He pushed, but I pushed harder. He reluctantly let go, letting me get through. I frowned at him and entered. "Is anyone else home?" he quickly shook his head, but I did a brief look to check. True to his word, no one was there. So I decided it was time to get down to business. "Why did you do it?" I asked accusingly. He shrugged nonchalantly. I glared at him. "Why?""I don't know. Nothing I say will make you leave, so why should I tell you?"
"Because it very well might save your life." Then I leaped. I grappled onto his back and held him in a choke. He scrabbled for a way to get out, but I had him. Then I raised my small, sharp, pocket knife and held it to his throat. His eyes widened immensely and his hands raised to stop it, but I pressed the knife harder into the soft flesh around his throat. He stopped, sensing the danger he was in. "Now tell me," I said in a deceptively quiet voice, "Why you dumped my sister!"
"I- I wasn't ready... To have such a... Strong relationship. I guess."
"You guess? You better know, not guess."
"Okay... I... Know..."
"Good." Then I sheathed my knife, drew back my fist, and connected it with his nose. He reeled backwards, crying out in pain. I stood, kicked his pathetically curled up form, and left. Then turned back, and kicked his balls. Hard.
"Fuccck...you..." He growled.
"Don't ever do that to my sister again. Understand?" I asked, giving him a menacing glare. He nodded and shooed me away. "Later, dick!" I said throwing my hand over my shoulder. He growled back.
I walked back to the glade where we were presently living, thinking over what had just happened. If AJ found out, I was screwed. Worse than screwed. I was doomed to the lowest form of hell. Anyways, I had more pressing matters to attend to. Like the fact of the weather tonight. I looked at the sky. Rain would be coming soon. We'd have to find cover for the night. I grumbled. We really needed a new house.
