BANG! BANG! BANG!Emily woke up and glanced at her clock and it read 2:57 am. Huh, she thought, what was that? She got her phone and turned on the flashlight. She got off her bed and started walking towards her door. As she walked she heard someone walking.
"Hello? Mom? Dad?" she said.
She was getting scared but told herself that it might be a prank because after all her family has been big pranksters. Emily walked and opened her door. Once she did she walked out with her phone shaking in her hand. She went towards her parents' bedroom but instead of seeing her parents sleeping she saw nothing. At this moment she was panicking. All she can think of is the worst. What was that sound that woke her up earlier? Was it a robbery? Where were her parents?
She was getting the chills and then went downstairs. The stairs creaked at every step she took and she wished that nothing was waiting for her at the end. However, she was dead wrong. Once she was down she went to the living room where the window to was open.
"What didn't Dad close that?"
She went towards it and closed the window. She turned around and towards the kitchen where she gasped. In the kitchen, she saw her parents shot in the head with stab wounds creating a bloody happy face. Emily couldn't believe what she just saw but she knew one thing which was run.
She ran to her room locked the door and dialed 9-1-1.
"9-1-1 what's your emergency?"
"Yes, hello someone killed my parents."
"Okay dear, the police are on their way to you."
Before she could answer she heard the someone banging on the door.
"Their gonna kill me!"
"Miss please remain calm and go hide they are two minutes away from your residence."
They broke the door down and came to her
All you can say to the phone was "HELP!"
