During the years

Kuro Honda is a great fighter but during on the battle field he could only think of one person: his beloved Karma. He hasn't told her how he felt about her and how his love grew for the princess but he realized he couldn't have her because he was a soldier and she was the princess. He would fight so he could return to the now Queen Karma. He heard about her mother and was sad about it because she was the reason she got  her mate to take him in as a head soldier since they seen how he fought his enemies. But remembers how he met her and her mother reminded him that he couldn't because she had a suitor for her to marry and it was his job to protect her daughter which he did proudly and he was a quiet man. He kept everything to himself but was bugged by the princess about the stuff.

He would heat up in the face or his heart races every time he heard her voice. He was called into her father's study and he packed up and left because war had started and he needed to be out there. He didn't want her to see him leave He said in his mind"This like star-cross lovers." He chuckled then sighed as he marched on ahead of his comrades since he was the head commander of the King's army. He whispered in the air hoping it would reach her in the wind and hopes that she would be safe inside. He would remember all the things they did but remembered what her mother said and Karma was younger than him but he still loved her because she was at the right age to be married.
