"Thanks for the rescue!" I yelled over the wind. "No problem!" Nack yelled back. "Can you still be on our team?!" Bean asked. "I'll think on it!" I responded. Nack rode us back to his house and we all hopped off his bike. "You guys aren't THAT bad." Yamilette said. Sonic popped out of nowhere. "Yamilette are you ok?" Sonic asked. He looked at us and raised his fists. "Sonic it's ok they saved me and Flake from Dr.Eggman."
"It's not the Hooligan Team I'm worried about, it's Flake."
"Sure people always pick on the girl that can fight." I said rolling my eyes. Sonic glared at me. "Fight, you can't fight. That was out of luck." He snapped at me. "STOP!" Yamilette yelled at us. Sonic looked to the ground and I shut my mouth. I'll tell you something, that girl is a wee-bit scary. I saw a white hedgehog with blonde messy hair. "Thank... goodness... I finally.... got up to you." She said nearly out of breath. "Sorry Beth." Sonic said. Beth looked at me and starred at me for awhile. "Are you... are you Flake?" Beth asked. "Who wants to know?" I glared at her. "Dr.Beth, well-known scientist."
"Then, yes, yes I am." I said. I trust scientist, I don't know why, but I just do. She smiled real big and hugged me. "Um... did I do something?" I asked. She released me. "No, but you and two other mobian cats share the same powers and if you were united you would be able to stop Dr.Eggman ounce and for all."
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold the phone. You mean if I work with those mobians, we would be able to stop Eggman?"
"YES!" She said excitedly. I leaned up against a tree. "This is too much to take in for one day." I said. Bean walked up to me and frowned. "Does this mean you won't join our team?" He asked. I looked at Beth. "Yes it does." She said firmly. He started to sniff. I stood up and hugged him. "Never forget us Flake." He said. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. I guess she can spend one more day with you guys, but one day only then I'm picking her up." Beth said. Bean jumped for joy as I yawned. "Come on Flake. You get to spend the night with us." He said pulling me in the cabin. Nack and Bark passed nervous glances and followed. We went inside. "Well, here's the deal. We only have three beds one for each of us." Nack said rubbing his neck. "You can share a bed with me." Bean said excitedly. I shook my head no. "Aww..." Bean said frowning. "How about we draw straws?" Suggested Nack. We all agreed and I went to get the straws. I came back with three blind folds. "What's the blind folds for?" Nack asked. I covered their eyes. "You'll see." I said. I put a straw in each of their hands. I uncovered their blind folds. "Now whoever has the smallest wins." I said. They compared their straws. My face turned deeply red when I saw the result. Nack, Nack the Weasel. We looked at each other very nervously. "This is going to be a long night." I thought to my self.
