She Was Not!
s/n yells “SHE WAS NOT!!! YOU JUST DIDN’T LIKE HER FOR SOME REASON!” I say “she hated me s/n!” Jeff asks “she did?” I nod my head and say “yeah she was always kind of mean towards me!” s/n says “no she wasn't she was always nice to you!”I say “you were only FOUR s/n! You were too young to understand the difference between hating someone and standing for someone! She only put up with me to make our dad happy!” she says “she was always nice to you when I was around!”
I say “yes . . . when you were around! Or when dad was around! But never when she and I were by ourselves!” s/n says “I need a minute to myself!” and walks out of the room! I look at Jeff and ask “do you think I went too far?” he says “she had to know sometime!”
I smile and ask “wanna play a game?” he asks “what type of game?” I say “hand me your knife and i’ll show you!” he carefully hands me the knife and I start saying “I have all my fingers the knife goes chop chop chop!”
I hit my hand on accident and throw the knife across the room! The knife manages to get itself stuck in the wooden closet door! I walk over to the door and try to pull the knife out but I can’t! I then look at Jeff and say “it’s stuck!” he gets up and try to pull the knife out of the door and I take my chance before he gets mad! I run out of the room and into Ben’s room!
I rush in closing the door behind me! I say “s/n if Jeff comes in here tell him I went to go to the woods!” she nods her head and I hide in the closet! Jeff busts in the room slamming the door behind him! The door slamming make me stammer back a little ways and I feel a sudden sharp pain in my leg! I look down and see blood! I turn around and a sword had stabbed me in the leg!
I hold the stab wound! Ben says “see no one ever knocks!” Jeff asks “WHERE ARE THEY?!?” s/n says “their in the closet! Again!”...end of chapter fifteen
