Just Another Poem

I see

I see the lights of tomorrow,
in the shadows of today,
the everlasting glory,
of a new-found way,

The night shines darkly,
on newly-fallen stars,
scattered in the tranquil moon-light,
of untroubled lands afar,

The day glares brightly,
on quiet, passing clouds,
drifting away from the known world,
of busy, bustling crowds,

A twin soul, both dark and light,
day and night, death and life,
a never-ending circle,
with no start in sight.

I see the shadows of tomorrow,
in the lights of today,
the heady bliss,
of a new-found way.
