Day 5: The lie..

Saturday:
Next day it was Saturday, so I was stuck with my brothers, my grandmother, and my mom. Please help me.

At breakfast, the maid made us a delicious pancake, with orange juice and bacon! When I was taking a sip of my juice, my mom asked," Do you have a boyfriend?" All of a sudden and I almost spit out the orange juice. "Why?" I asked completely dodging the question. "Your 16, I had like 3 boyfriends before by then." She bragged "So do you? Plus your grandfather, my side obviously is getting remarried for the..5th time on Friday so you need a date." She announced, " So do you lazy skanks to, well except for Albert, he can bring a friend" she stated. "Well? I'm waiting, do you have a boyfriend or not? Anyway if you don't I have a perfect boy to pair you up with." Mom said after a while. "Um.," I mumbled struggling to think. I hated when my mom paired me up, it would be with a snob or geek. Then I remember the guys that asked me out, only for my mind to drift to the morning Kevin yelled at me for teasing his sister. "Yes, of course, mhm.." I lied looking away.

"Great bring him, make sure he wears a suit, and shoes Kay? No streaking" mom warned. I only nodded. Great thought of the day, gets Kevin to pretend as my boyfriend... Just great.

For those who don't know why I am choosing Kevin other than the other boys, IS because, he definitely dislikes me and I totally dislike him, he won't think this as some sort of romantic gesture of any sort.

In the afternoon, Caden walked to my room and leaned against the door. "Look, I'm sorry about the school scene, I got a little drunk because. Of something." He apologized "of what?" I urged "of something" he mumbled. "Are you hiding something from me?" I questioned him. "Sure, whatever it's not like its something new, I said sorry, now bye," He stated, leaving the room. Odd, oh well and continued to read my book.
