"Can I sit here", he asked.I couldn't stop staring at him.
"Sure", Abby said for me and then got up giving me 'the look'.
"Umm hi", I said nervously my face must have been bright red.
"Hey".
"Hello", I waited for him to say something but he didn't "I'm Madeline. Madeline green. Monty's sister. Oh you probably don't know Monty", I wanted to punch myself in the face.
"I'm Reed".
I had never heard of anyone named Reed it was such a cute name.
"So um what exactly is this place"?
"Well as you've probably already heard this place is called mount weather it a bunker. We haven't been able to go out to earth yet because of the radiation".
That made sense there was radiation in space so it was probably the same as on earth.
"But why did they take us"?
"I have no clue. Maybe to save you? I heard there was a war. Are you okay"?
Maybe these people didn't kidnap us after all maybe like Reed said they saved us.
"Yeah I turned out fine for the most part".
"I'm kinda glad they brought you here"
I smiled and blushed.
"I'm glad I got to meet you", I said as I ran my hand through my hair nervously.
"Well I have to go I hope I get to see you soon"
"Same here, bye Reed".
