Bonnie's Story

A Big Battle

   Birds swarmed over the volcano, scratching, pecking, biting, and shrieking. Bonnie was tussling with an adult eagle, who might be the enemy group's leader. They were both bleeding as they battled. Stanley had scared off his enemy, luckily not having to kill him. Stanley was now at Bonnie's side, barreling into the Gold Eagle. Bonnie clawed at his chest and legs, hoping to take him down. Stanley was now biting and ripping out feathers from his tail. The eagle shrieked in pain and fury, then turned on Stanley. Stanley aimed for the face, one of the most lethal targets. So far, it seemed like no one was going to give up. Skelloto was being cornered by an owl, but he fought on, having the advantage of being a skeleton.

   Buckhorn was battling another jay, but winning, thanks to being strangely possessed with huge spikes on her beak, perfect for stabbing. The eagle Bonnie and Stanley were fighting had turned to take on another bird, then teamed on Skelloto. Bonnie rushed to help him, while Stanley went his own way to help Rockstar battle a falcon. Bonnie ambushed Skelloto's first attacker, the owl, who turned on her in shock. He clawed across her eye, right as she closed it, leaving a mark across her eyelid. She felt pain stinging all over her body, but she wouldn't give up. Not on her birds. She was a fully grown, battle-trained, healthy bird. She was not going to lose! She pecked his face, and he flinched, then scratched his wing, which was outstretched. they shrieked and clawed for a long time, until finally, he dropped. She didn't know if he was dead or not, but she knew he had learned his lesson.

   The eagle turned on her once again, when Skelloto passed out, luckily not dead. Luna was holding down a pigeon, who tried to take her on. When they drove the enemies away, Skelloto and the newest recruit Braniac began to heal the injured, while Dagger and Toastis had died. They healed every single bird, though. And for Toastis and Dagger.. They managed to revive them. They took time to heal, but in the end, everyone was just fine.

                                                                                  The newly created team Tecoupgetowter would survive!
