Hidden Away

3. Wonderland

I don't take a minute to think about this, I open the door and step into the room of hell, known as Doctor's beloved bedroom. It's smells dusty and it's very dark, there are black curtains pulled across the half-blackened windows and the room is painted a dark shade of grey.

I see a small mattress lying in the corner of the room with 3 duvets on top of it, but that's the only 'normal' thing in the room. There's around 70 books stacked up in 3 different piles, a long table with different bottles, two computers with opened windows and some scribbled on bits of paper. My instinct leads me to the table - which has been stained with chemicals. I look at the bits of paper, 'TP= 5S(S-2)" I don't understand it, obviously, it's algebra and we all know that math is my biggest fear. Other bits of paper are too crumpled to read, especially with Doctor's handwriting in fancy calligraphy.

I go to the computers next, one of them has Google maps open, its zoomed in on some weird village that looks like it could have been where the Hobbit was filmed. But then, on the other computer, something is truly strange. It is a long word document but the first few words set me off.

TIME TO LEAVE, TIAS WONDERLAND IS TAKING PLACE IN THE VILLAGE, MAD HATTER IS COMING FOR HER, HOLIDAY IS NEAR, SHE WILL JOIN THE OTHERS IN MY HELL HOLE.

What does that even mean?! He's made Tia a Wonderland? They're going on holiday to that village? The Mad Hatter? Are they watching some kind of movie? Is Doctor writing a movie? WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

"Alice?! Are you okay? Have you found it yet?" Tia calls from downstairs.
"Erm... yeah, I'm... in the bathroom! I'll be down in a moment!" I shout anxiously.
"Okay... TMI."
