Traits
Now, for those who dont know what a mary sue is, here is how they are defined:-Flawless (Well, i object. Its in the story)
-Immortal (objection)
-If an OC for a fanfic, more powerful than cannon characters
-OP in general, tbh (How powerful is too ppwerful)
-Rainbows (Question, WHY?)
-For some, tragic past
-Everyone loves them
If theres more, itll be in the chapters. Other than those, its opinionated.
Other than "more op than cannon characters", Im going to object to each trait. Every. Single. One. Thrown at me.
Other traits you'd like to see me object to? Please tell me in the comments!

and this would be: relationships with canon characters. Simple right?
Well you see, unless you were making some next gen story and needed some ocs for that story or series, the fandom tends to make thier own ocs that they use in universe, to be the sibling, or in a romantic relation ship with the canon See More character. I mean what are the chances that these ocs even KNOW about the canon characters' existance. If you did this for story building I'll let it pass, but if you do it because you are a fangirl, this only makes your mary sue even more of a mary sue (this is just my opinion) (btw: i forgot to mention parents of canon charcters. If the character has no history of parents in whatever, i believe it's fine to add a Parental guide somewhere,(as long as it is for story purposes and such) ). That is all have a good day.
Their appearances.
Most Mary-Sues tend to be described with flawless looks. Even when they pop out of bed they look perfect.
And wtf is up with the rainbow designs?
Holy shit, does that mean the Hunters from Percy Jackson are Mary Sue's once they take the oath?!
No wait, they can die... But they're still immortal, CAN THEY EVEN GET SICK?!
-From Greek mythology technically
-It was given
-Dont posess all the traits.
I know for a fact that Creepypasta is KNOWN for tragic backstories - even though I'm not into that - but I also know for a fact that tragic backstories are actually okay for OC's in Creepypasta.
In other places, they're looked down upon, even if one canon character had a tragic backstory.
I'd like to know at what point See More in a backstory it draws the line of "tragic".
Generally, too tragic is the death of a family member, children, and/or friends. Like having an oc have thier parents die when they were a child, and children die as when theyre an adult. Still, it is pure opinion.
