The Compromise
Offenderman pulled her toward him. She cut his face. "No." He frowned. Rose looked at him with steel eyes. "Go hunt other women. There's a little village over in the front of the Forest. Go hunt there." Offender nodded. "Fine. I'll stay away from you and Broken." Rose nodded. "And Jane." He shrugged. "Fine." She nodded. Then, before she could act, Offender grabbed her arms and pulled her close. She knelt down. It was her only option. "I'll leave you alone after this..." Before she could act, her eyes widened with pain. Offenderman stabbed her side. "Goodbye." He got up, and walked into the Forest.Rose couldn't move. She was in shock. EJ ran out. "Rose!" Rose fell face forward, and EJ caught her. She groaned. "Help..." EJ picked her up. "Rose!? Masky, help!" Rose shook her head. EJ rocked her in his arms.
"Shh. Rest." She held her side. It burned with pain. Blood was rushing out of the wound. EJ put pressure on it. Rose saw stars. She was losing blood too fast. Slender picked her up. "EJ. Medical kit." Slendy brought her inside. She laid on her bed, unmoving, breathing barely. Slendy looked down, and walked out. EJ walked in. "Rose? Can you hear me?" Slendy came back in, and the last thing she heard was EJ gasp. She passed out.
She had a crazy dream. Toby was there. "Toby?" She tapped his shoulder. Toby turned, and hugged her. "Rose! I'm stuck in here, and it's been three days." Rose nodded. "It's okay." Toby looked down. "I don't think I can escape. I think we're stuck." Rose looked at him. "No. I'll find a way out. We both will." Toby nodded, and blushed. "Is Broken okay?" Rose nodded. "Worried, but fine." Toby sighed. He continued. "Also, when ever I try to move toward a wall, something attacks me.
Rose looked around. Now she was in a room, with four doors, there was a note on the floor. "Look!" Toby looked where she pointed. "Huh? Rose what are you talking about? There's nothing there!" She rolled her eyes. "It's okay. 'Three left, one right.'" She repeated. Toby nodded. "Footsteps!"
Rose nodded slowly. "We must be seeing different things. We're in different minds." They did what the note said, and Toby suggested they do that until they reached a wall. They reached the door, and Rose felt for something. "A note!" Toby grabbed it.
