Rain, rain, go away
The rain hits the window, giving it a nice pitter patter sound. Kathy sighed because of her hate of the rain; nothing fun happens in the rain.In the peace of the room a noise interrupted it. Her phone rings.
She grabs it, and the caller ID said 'unknown. '
She questions it. Who would call her, especially with no ID. She couldn't even see the phone number or country.
She doesn't answer it. She knows this is exactly how horror movies start. Finally, at peace.
The phone rings again, so she picks the phone begrudgingly. "Hello?" She said, not wanting to make it awkward. No one replies. Weird.
She just hangs up then the phone rang again.
She picks it up and answers. "Look, if you're not going to reply, don't bother calling me!"
"Kathy?" That voice sounded like Henry.
"Henry, why would you scare me like that?"
She could just feel Henry have a cocky smirk on him.
"What do you want now?" She asked, hesitating to roll her eyes.
Henry answers, "I just wanted to see if you were okay, also the concert is happening tomorrow; let's go together!"
"Fine, I'll go."
"Great! I'll see you there!" He hangs up, and she puts her phone back down. "What a goofball." Kathy chuckled.
The phone rang again. Maybe he forgot to say something?
"Hello?" No answer again, but this time she hears breathing.
"Look, this isn't funny, I suggest you quit this before I track you down myself! " Kathy tries threatening the man. Maybe he'll stop calling?
Now she hears giggling. "Oh, my sweet Kathy. The romance is already in bloom for you!"
