The Morning
Today, which is May 16 2052, started like any other day. I woke up to a blaring alarm and slammed the off button and literally rolled out the bed. I hastily threw on clothes before my clock read seven forty five. Since I have to go to school and Red Hawk High is super strict i have to put on my uniform which consists of a red button down polo a black skirt, black knee high socks and red and black nike airs. I had to put my hair up in a ponytail and after i got ready i brushed my hair and teeth and by now its seven fifty six. Before I even get to the stairs I hear my mom yell,"Andrea Matthews het down here right now or you wont get breakfast!" At that i ran down the stairs wondering what delicious food my mom has made and hoping that my sister Mary Ann isn't down there already waiting for me to go to school. When i get down the stairs, I see Mary sitting on the couch reading 'The Hunger Games'. As i looked around the kitchen I notice that their are fresh baked blueberry muffins on the counter. As I was about to grab one, my pet Aries, a pure breed gray wolf decided to jump up on the counter with his front paws up to support him and stole a muffin. I smile when he dropped it and wagged his tail happily, as if to say, 'here i got it for you.' I patted his head and gave him the muffin and got myself one. But before i could get a bite I hear the bus horn honk and I grab my book bag and rush out the door. Halfway to the stop I hear Mary Ann yell behind me,
"Andrea, wait for me!" I slowed my grueling pace and waited for her to catch up.
"Do you wanna race?" She asks smiling when she catches up. "I bet i'll win"
