Everything Makes Sense

Rose lied down. EJ came next to her. Her side would be sore, but nobody would know. She had to keep walking. EJ looked at her. "Don't you dare. I can see it in your eyes. You're planning to go outside. Aren't you?" She nodded. EJ grabbed her waist, and pulled her to him. "Here. Now you won't go anywhere." He put his arms around her. "Good?" Rose asked. EJ shook his head. "No. I want you stay here. And not go anywhere. If you hurt yourself, you might permanently hurt yourself." Rose nodded. "I promise." EJ nodded.
"You remember when I first held your hand? You were so scared." Rose nodded, and pulled from him. "I need air." He let her lay next to him. "Yeah, I remember. When we met Slender." EJ smiled. "Remember when first kissed you?" She nodded. Really, she didn't. It had been so long ago. Her side spasmed. She groaned. "You okay?" She nodded. He looked at her. "No, don't act like that. Are you in pain? Real pain?" She nodded. "Yeah, it hurts a bit." EJ kissed her. "Good. You didn't lie."
Rose almost slapped him. She had tears in her eyes. "EJ... Why does he want me? I just want to kill." EJ went silent. "EJ!" EJ took his mask off. "Rose, listen. I don't care what he says. Don't listen to him. I swear, I'll kill him. But you need to forget what he said. Promise me." She nodded, and cried. "Yeah. Okay." EJ turned and looked at the ceiling. "I'll kill him. He'll have to get through me." She heard him mutter. "I know, EJ." She turned away. EJ didn't stop. It was getting annoying, so she quickly turned to him. She grabbed him, and twisted him toward him. She kissed him hard. She pulled away.
"Rose... Don't do that. You could-!" She stopped him with another kiss. "My side? Are you kidding? Shut up." His eyes widened. "Wha-?" Rose curled up to him. "Stop worrying. He's gone. I'm sorry I asked." EJ nodded. "Yeah. Are you sure your side is alright?" She got up, and took her cape off. "Yeah. Why?" EJ smiled. "No, nothing." She tried to get next to him, but he grabbed her face. She knew it. They locked eyes, and Rose forgot about everything. They kissed. She backed up, and locked their door. She walked over to him, her side burning. She didn't care. She almost limped, but EJ would stop. She slid onto the bed, and EJ grabbed her hips. They kissed, and Rose never stopped, no matter how much her side hurt. It didn't matter. She was with EJ now, and he would take care of her.
