"Ladies& Gentlemen, Good morning & welcome to the School Music festival where the kids will show their unique talent . The students of Elementary school are going to mesmerise with their melodious voices. So let's welcome our first team Anna & Haruka" the announcer said
Everybody was clapping and cheering on
I was trembling as i have never perfomed on stage.
After 3 or 4 participants it was finally our turn
"Lets do our best" Makoto gave his hand and we shaked our hands & went on stage to perform. I thought i was going to ruin it as my throat was kind of paining.

I was shaking & i couldn't sing. it was like my voice trapped inside my throat. Music Began . I started to sweat . that's when Makoto held my hand tightly and began to sing
"That starry night" he started first
I got  a little bit confident looking at his face
I too tried to sing & decided to overcome my fear as i had to do it some day " That glowing moon" i tried to raise my voice higher
"Never cried like this before" we sang together

Pray for wishes  to the shooting star
not me cause im no wishmaker

We continued to sing happily. All that fear i had suddenly disappeared. it was like a Miracle.

And I never saw him so enthusiastic before

His Charm..made me fall for him more but right then i tried to keep up this friends thing as it would distract both of us

After the song the most unexpected thing happened. He hugged me tightly and said
"That was so fun." he smiled broadly
I almost got into tears..of happiness
i chirped "Yess! Super fun"
We looked at each other and he pretended that he hasn't  hugged and said that . and i did the same as well

"Wish we can preform again any time" Makoto looked at me
I got red and blushed
then i looked at the bright vibrant sky and said
"Yeah..I feel the same "
"So .. promise?"  he moved his hand towards me and opened his finger
"Promise" i smiled
we locked our hands and smiled at eachother


After that we haven't talked even once
He didn't try to nor did I

We looked and stared at each other but never talked anything


"Time runs so fast" I said looking towards Hana.
Hana said "Yeah you are so right. Now after few days we will be highschoolers" she giggled

I have never seen Makoto since middle school. he was in another section & after a year and a half he transferred to another school.
I searched for his profile in social Media and found out that he was going to a highschool near station.

I asked my parents to join there. After begging them like five six times... They accepted
I was finally going to meet him..again !
