Why are they in the orphanage?: Her foster parents didn't want her
Backstory: Her parents died when she was five so she was sent to foster care where she was treated terribly (I.e. starved, beaten, etc.) Eventually her foster parents kicked her out until now.
Other: She found a ratty black cat with a missing ear which she named Romeo and took care of him.
