Chapter 4 | Running away...?

Diamond`s P.O.V

I lie awake in bed trying to think a way around what happened the day before. I`m having a hard time believng everything that happened was real. All of a sudden, I bolt up in my bed and sigh. I can`t live like this anymore. I grab one of my satchel bags and fill it with some clothes and food. I make sure nobody`s looking and then open the door and sneak outside quietly. I look back at my house for the last time in what I didn`t know was going to be a VERY long time, then I head for the woods in front of my house. After walking restlessly for many minutes, I stop to take a break. All of a sudden I feel a sharp pain in my neck. I start seeing blurry, then collapse.

Starr`s P.O.V

"I told you not to use a trauquilizing gun!" Camille exclaims as I shoot Diamond, who had stubbornly ran away from her house. "It`s the best thing to use in matters like these, besides, it was the closest thing at hand in my office at the time..." I reply. Camille sighs and walks over to Diamond. "At least now we can take her to the commander without her making any fuss..." I nod. "So, we need to get ready to tell her that we where not only her frineds, but also secret agents protecting her..." I tell Camille. She nods in reply. We exchange troubled looks. "We need to hurry. The traquilizing dart will only keep her asleep for two hours, besides the S.S might find us." Camille warns.

Diamond`s P.O.V

I wake up feeling dazed. I slightly remember running away the night before, but nothing of what happened after. I open my eyes to an all white room. I`m clearly not in the woods anymore... A really familar person walks in. "Hi Diamond." She says. "Hi... Kameo..?" I reply in awe. I suddenly feel fully awake. I realize i`m sitting in a chair. "Diamond, everyone you knew... as in Sarah, Miku, Camille and I... we where actually protecting you." She says. "Huh?" I reply, confused. "We`re secret agents from the Legend Agents unit." Kameo continues. "Never heard of it.." I say, caught up in confustion. Kameo laughs. "Funny... you`re father founded it."
