Short inuyasha story part 7

Her?

Kiohai pulled her boomerang from its holders. The tree made a low humming sound, and a figure began forming before kiohai. "This tree forms whatever enemy your mind is thinking of. But you may not be thinking of it at the time." Said kaede. Kiohai nodded. When the figure had finished forming, it looked like kagome's identical twin. "Kaede? I'm not sure that kagome is my enemy." Said kiohai. "That's not kagome." Said miroku from the place they were hiding. "That's....." said kagome. "Kikyo?!" Shouted inuyasha. "Who's kikyo?" Asked kiohai. "Inuyasha's love and enemy." Said kagome. "But why is she an enemy? And why am I thinking of her?" Asked kiohai. "Just fight her and rid inuyasha of his grief!" Said shippo sarcastically. "Okay! She can't be that tough, right?" "Dont underestimate kikyo." Said kaede. "She once had the entire shikon jewel." "Oh, great." Said kiohai. She aimed her boomerang at kikyo, and threw it. It came two inches away from her, and kikyo waved her hand. The boomerang stopped whizzing through the air. It suddenly came charging towards kiohai! Kiohai screamed, "Ahh!" And started running away from her own weapon. It chased her around the clearing.

"Wait! I have an idea!" Said miroku. "Use your katana to deflect the boomerang!" Kiohai said, "okay! I'm getting a little tired here!", Stopped, turned around, and the boomerang hit her in the chest. Suddenly, she was flying along with it, whizzing towards kikyo. "Hey! Let me go, will ya?" Said kiohai. Even though she was talking to an inanimate object, she thought it would work. Kikyo grabbed both sides of the boomerang, and held kiohai against the tree. The boomerang's sides slowly melted into the tree, and held kiohai in place. "Kiohai!" Shouted everyone. "Hey, lady! Will ya let me go?!" Kiohai practically screamed. Miroku jumped out of a random tree and ran towards kikyo. Before he reached her, kikyo began punching kiohai with glowing fists, and the most calm face anyone could make. Kiohai grunted with every hit. Miroku arrived at kikyo and aimed his wind tunnel at her. She turned around and reached her hand out towards him. Her robe blew in the wind. Miroku floated up in the air. Kikyo turned around and grabbed kiohai's katana from her holder. She tossed it away. Kiohai was wondering where were the rest of her friends when miroku fell to the ground. He stood up weakly and opened his wind tunnel. Kikyo was sucked in. she disappeared.

Inuyasha, kagome, kaede, and shippo jumped out of the tree just as Kirara charged out of the forest. Inuyasha pulled the boomerang out of the tree, and kiohai felt to her knees, panting and gasping for air. Apparently, glowing fists make you short on breath. Miroku helped her up. Kiohai turned red. So did miroku. "Are you okay?" They both were eachother at the same time. "Yeah." They both answered. "Are ye both okay?" Asked kaede. Kiohai and miroku nodded. Kagome buried her face in kiohai's shoulder, nearly in tears. Kirara made a whimpering noise. "Guys, I think we're both okay." Said kiohai. Kiohai hopped onto Kirara and slowly led the group back to the village.
