The Girl With Ocean Eyes

The Start

The air
Is filled with the smell of salt
And water
As I look out over the ocean I remember
Everything
Everyone
No matter who or what they were
I’m forced to remember
I look down and watch
As the water rushes up to shore
As if to greet me
As if to invite me in
But I know if I go in
I will never come back out
I'll join the world
Those who have passed on
Into the void
Without a care
For those who they have left
Nobody will ever find me
Nobody will ever know
But all I will hear is silence
Which does sounds better than this place
All there is and could ever be is noise
Voices
Inside my head
What is happening to me?

If I do commit suicide
What will happen to those I love is
Hard to understand
Or even see
Or even comprehend
Nobody should go through that
No mother should have to bury her daughter
Or her son
And the love of my life?
Well he doesn’t even care anymore
He gave up on me just recently
Well fine then
My heart is shattered
And my soul is crushed
Maybe if I listen to the voices
Then I might get my revenge
It actually sounds like a wonderfully
Fantastic plan
Nobody will understand anyways
Not even him
So I close my eyes and jump
