This is probably the biggest mistake I've seen on here.Your definition: This is if the other person posses the item. CorrectExample; "Your house is very colorful!" IncorrectExample; Your cool!
What? I own a cool? I never knew that! You can not own a cool! The correct use is if the item is owned by another.
You're definition: You're is a contraption for 'you' and are' so it would be "you're cool". So he correct use for this is if the person is something. CorrectExample: "You're very nice!" IncorrectExample; "You're couch is comfortable".
Wait... I'm a comfortable couch? Okay then...
