Entrance of Team Carnage
Cameron wakes up to see that it is morning in Rosemist Town. She then smells the fresh smells of cooking and rushes down to see her mother cooking her favorite: Pancakes!"Good morning, Mom!" Cameron said.
"Good morning, honey. Did you sleep well?" Serena asks turning to Cameron.
"Yeah! Did Dad catch that Buneary you saw?" Cameron asks.
"Oh…well you'll need to ask him yourself. He should be at Professor Gary's lab. Come sit down. and eat your breakfast." Serena said placing the plate of pancakes on the table.
"Okay." Cameron said sitting down and eating on her buttery pancakes.
"Cameron, you've asked me of this so many times and I usually have second thoughts about it, but after a lecture from your father…I have now decided. Do you want to go on a Pokemon journey?" Her mother asked as Cameron nearly choked on her pancakes.
"Y-You really…mean it?" Cameron asked in shock.
Her mother nodded, "Yes, I do. You're grown up enough to go on one, so is it a yes or no?"
"YES! YES! THANK YOU SO MUCH!" Cameron shouted and then she devours her food and rushes up stairs, "I'm going to pack right now!"
Her mother was nothing short of shocked at the speed Cameron went. She smiled as she thought, "Wow…It's like looking at a mirror. She's just like I was when I was her age."
Cameron comes back down stairs wearing a white shoulderless outfit with white arm warmers, a red skirt, and red and white boots.
"Are you ready to meet the Professor?" Serena asks her daughter.
"I'm more than ready!" Cameron shouted in excitement. "Let's go!"
Meanwhile, the two black armored people hide outside Prof. Gary's lab and spies on him.
"Gr…how long do we have to wait?" The man asks.
"Be quiet…We have to wait until all oppositions out of our way. That way, we can recapture the Buneary with ease." The woman said.
"Fine, but what if they don't leave?"
"Then we'll go with plan B."
Serena and Cameron went to a large white building and enter to see a red hair wearing a purple shirt with a white professor jacket talking to Ash while examining the Buneary from the other night.
"So this Buneary came to your house like this? What do you suppose happened to it?" The man asked Ash.
"I'm not entirely sure…it could have been attacked by a territorial Pokemon or something." Ash assumed.
"Professor Gary!" Cameron shouted getting Prof. Gary's attention.
"Ah, Cameron. It's nice to see you today. How are you?" Prof. Gary asks.
"I'm a-okay and ready to receive my Pokemon!" Cameron said.
"Well now, aren't you excited? Unfortunately, I'm a bit too occupied to give you a starter just yet." Prof. Gary said looking back at the hospitalized Buneary.
"What do you mean?" Serena asks.
"It's this Buneary Ash found." Prof. Gary said.
"Oh! Let me see! Let me see!" Cameron shouted seeing the Buneary but her happy face then turns into a worried face after seeing the Buneary, "Wh-What happened to it? Where is its ear?" She asks.
"Cameron…" Ash said, "Buneary's going to be okay. It just got roughed up, that's all."
"Your father is right. Buneary should be better in no time." Serena assured.
Cameron smiled, "And then we can be friends, right?" Cameron asks looking at the Buneary and smiling at the thought of the both of them playing together and eating and battling.
"Of course, Cameron." Ash said patting his daughter's head. "Hey, why don't we go get some ice cream while Buneary rests?"
"Alright." Cameron said.
After the Ketchum family left his lab, Prof. Gary walked over to the Buneary who was now awake.
"Awake already? You must be a tough Pokemon…Hello, Buneary, my name is Professor Gary Oak, but you can call me Prof. Gary." Prof. Gary introduced only to be met by a foul expression on the Buneary's face, "Now don't give me that look." He said taking out some Pokefood, "You must be hungry." The Buneary turns away from Prof. Gary folding its arms. "Come on. I know you're hungry. Ash told me that you raided his fridge last night." The Buneary still pouted.
"Well…you'll eat eventually. Wait, here while I check on the Pokemon outside." Gary said as he went outside but to be shocked by what he saw, "What the-?!"
The Ketchum family went to the famous ice cream shop and bought themselves ice cream. Cameron decided to buy some ice cream for the Buneary.
"Let's hurry or Buneary's ice cream will melt." Cameron said hurriedly.
"Of course, sweetie." Serena said as the family rushes back to Gary's lab, but when they arrived…
"Gary? Where are you?" Ash asks and suddenly, they hear a loud explosion.
"Wh-What was that?!" Serena asks in shock.
"Mom! The Buneary Dad found is gone!" Cameron shouted looking at the empty bed Buneary was on.
"Cameron, Serena, stays here and don't leave until I come back. Come on, Pikachu!" Ash shouted.
"Pika!" Pikachu shouted following his trainer.
"Mom…is Buneary out there…?" Cameron asks.
"Don't worry, Cameron. If Buneary is in trouble, your father will be able to save it, I promise." Serena assured her daughter.
"Well, I want to save it too!" Cameron shouted.
Ash and Pikachu rushes outside to see what that explosion they heard was.
"Umbreon, Use Quick Attack!" Gary's voice shouted as the sounds of his Umbreon shouting was heard.
Ash and Pikachu quickly turns around to see Gary and his Umbreon battling against an Ursaring and a Houndoom whose trainers are the two black armored people. Behind them both was a cage full of the Pokemon Gary keeps at his lab.
"Darn you…let my Pokemon go, whoever you are!" Gary demanded.
"You are in no position to make demands here, Mr. Professor. The Pokemon we have are mere bonuses we obtain during our REAL mission. Now hand over the Buneary you found or your Umbreon will be the next Pokemon on our bonus list." The black armored man demanded.
"You're not taking ANY Pokemon while we're around!" Ash shouted rushing beside Gary.
"Took you long enough, Ashy boy." Gary smirked.
"I like to make a dramatic entrance." Ash replied.
"It doesn't matter how many people help, we're still going to recapture the Buneary if it is the last thing we do." The black armored woman said.
"You'll have to get by us first!" Ash shouted, "Let's do it, Pikachu!"
"Pika!" Pikachu rushed beside Umbreon.
"Humph, just like old times…" Gary said, "Umbreon, use Psychic!" Umbreon uses Psychic on the Ursaring.
"Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Ash shouted as Pikachu shot Thunderbolt at Houndoom.
"Houndoom! Use Flamethrower!" Houndoom fires Flamethrower at the Thunderbolt causing a major explosion that ends up making Umbreon lose its sight of Ursaring.
"Ursaring! Use Hammer Arm!" Ursaring rushes through the smoke and hits Umbreon with Hammer Arm.
"Don't give up, Umbreon! Use Iron Tail!" Umbreon's tail hardens like iron and it rushes and hits Ursaring on the head with Iron Tail.
"Houndoom! Use Smog!" Houndoom breaths out Smog at Pikachu.
"Dodge it, Pikachu and use Volt Tackle!" Pikachu moves out of the way of the Smog attack and charges at Houndoom using Volt Tackle hitting it head on knocking it out.
"Umbreon! Use Psychic!" Gary shouted as Umbreon was in range to hit Ursaring with Psychic and manages to knock it out.
Ash and Gary smirked and bro-fists each other, "Not bad…for an old rookie." Gary said.
"Look who's talking…" Ash replied as he sees Pikachu and Umbreon also bro-fist each other.
"How pathetic...these Pokemon had only one job and they blow it." The black armored woman said.
"What did you just say?" Gary asks.
"Perhaps after our missions done, the boss will get us more useful Pokemon…" The black armored man said.
"What?! Those Pokemon battled their hardest! It's not fair to them to be treated like that!" Ash shouted in rage.
"Pika!" Pikachu agreed.
"Just who are you people…and what do you want?" Gary asks.
"Hehe…we're part of a secret organization. We call ourselves: Team Carnage. We believe in nothing less than power and we are willing to annihilate ANYTHING that stands in the way of our goal." The male Carnage grunt said.
"So remember our name, for it is the herald of your death…let's do 'it'." The female Carnage grunt said smirking.
"Yes…I've been dying to try this out." The male Carnage grunt said smiling as the two walked towards their unconscious Pokemon.
"What are they doing…?" Ash asks.
"I don't know, but let's not wait to-" Gary's eyes widened.
The two Carnage grunts take out two items and places them on their unconscious Pokemon. After a few seconds, a strange light shines on the Pokemon and onto the items until the light disappears. The two Carnage grunts pick up the items and smirks.
"I can feel the raw energy…" The male grunt said.
"Let's try it out." The female grunt said as the two then threw the items into their mouths and swallowed it.
"What the…?" Ash didn't know what he was seeing.
Then, a bright aura surrounds the two grunts and the ground begins to shake uncontrollably.
All eyes sent upon the grunts opened wide with shock, confusion, and fear as the grunts were completely different.
The male grunt was much taller and muscular having the appearance of the Ursaring while the female grunt had devil horns and a black tail with the appearance of the Houndoom.
"What…in…the…world…?" Gary asks in shock.
"Hahaha! How do you like it?! Team Carnage is the first human organization ever to unlock and wield the powers of Pokemon. It's better to show you than just tell you!" The woman grunt said.
"Hammer Arm!" The male grunt, using Ursaring's sheer power, hits Umbreon with a Hammer Arm attack stunning it. "Thunder Punch!" The male grunt then punches Umbreon straight in the gut sending it flying.
"Umbreon!" Gary caught his Umbreon but was also sent flying with it. "Are you okay?"
"Um…bre…" Umbreon gasped before losing consciousness.
"You'll pay for that! Pikachu, use Electro Ball!" Ash shouted as Pikachu made an Electro Ball on its tail and throws it at the female grunt.
"Fool…Overheat!" The female grunt then shot a large Overheat attack at Pikachu's Electro Ball and over powered it.
"What?!" Ash shouted seeing the Overheat attack coming, "Pikachu!" He shouted rushing in front of Pikachu taking the Overheat attack, "AAAH!"
"Ash!" Gary shouted.
Ash struggled to stand up as his back was showing severe signs of burn. "Pikachu…are you okay?" He asks seeing Pikachu unconscious and also having severe burn marks. "Gr…"
Suddenly, he was kicked in the back by the female grunt and drops Pikachu, "How pathetic. Not so tough now that we brought out the big guns, are we?" She said picking Pikachu up by the tail.
"You…leave Pikachu alone…" Ash growled but the woman pressed her foot on his back making him scream in pain.
"Oooh…I'm so scared by the frightening trainer!" The female grunt said sarcastically, "Whatever will I do?" Her tone changed back into serious, "Give it up. Your Pikachu along with your friend's Umbreon will be made as powerhouses just like the rest of the Pokemon we have captured."
"GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY HUSBAND! PANGORO! USE SKYUPPERCUT!" A voice shouted as the woman grunt was hit with by a Sky Uppercut attack from Pangoro making her drop Pikachu.
"Gr…another roach?!" The female grunt asks.
Serena, alongside with her Braixen, went to Ash's side, "Ash, Pikachu, what did they do to you?!"
"S-Serena…is Cameron safe…?" Ash asks.
"Yes, I told her to go straight home." Serena said turning to the grunts, "Who are they?"
"There's no time…" Ash said struggling to stand up, "Take Pikachu and Gary…and get as far away from here as you can…"
"What about you?" Serena asks picking Pikachu up.
"Don't worry about me…get out of here…" Ash said.
"Ha! We're not letting a single one of you escape from here!" The woman shouted, but suddenly, her head started to hurt and she held her head in pain.
"Hey, what's wrong?" The male grunt asks.
"Oh no…so this is the sign of the side effects…" The woman sand and then she was kicked in the face and sent flying.
"BUNEARY!" The Buneary shouted entering the scene.
"It's that Buneary! Finally came out of hiding, have we?" The male grunt asks.
The Buneary sneered and threw an Ice Punch at the man but he dodges.
"Too slow, Hammer Arm!" The man attacks with Hammer Arm but the Buneary moves out of the way and hits him with Dizzy Punch.
"Quit playing around and attack it!" The female shouted panting heavily as she lost her Houndoom form, "No…it's run out already…?" She thought.
Gary notices this, "Ash! Those forms they use have a time limit. All we have to do is wait until that time limit runs out!"
"You're right…they couldn't keep up that form forever…" Ash said.
"I'm trying…it's too fast!" The man shouted and then he caught the Buneary's ear.
"Bun?!" Buneary was surprised.
"Vital Throw!" The man grunt shouted throwing Buneary to a tree.
The Buneary was already tired from the lack of food and energy as it watches the grunt walk towards her with metal claws sprouted.
"This is for kicking me in the face, little bunny." The male grunt said readying to swipe the Buneary.
"STOOOP!" A familiar voice shouted.
"N-No way…" Gary said.
"CAMERON!" Ash shouted to Cameron who was between the weak Buneary and the grunt.
"Who invited you, shrimp?" The grunt male asks.
"What do you think you're doing hurting Pokemon like that?! This Buneary has done nothing to deserve any of this!" Cameron ranted.
"CAMERON! GET OUT OF THERE!" Serena shouted.
"Out of my way, or I'll have to get my hands dirty, little brat." The male grunt said.
"No! You'll hurt, Buneary if I do that!" Cameron shouted while the Buneary looks at her with a far-away look. "I won't let you lay a finger on Buneary!"
"Have it your way then, Metal Claw!" The male grunt then slashed Cameron with Metal Claw.
"Ah!" Cameron felt blood pouring from her wounds.
"GET AWAY FROM HER! Pangoro, use Sky Uppercut again!" Serena shouted as Pangoro charges at the male grunt.
"You stay out of this! Thunder Punch!" The male grunt sent Pangoro flying with a Thunder Punch.
"B-Bun…" Buneary was too weak to move and could only watch what she was seeing. It then felt Cameron hug her tightly.
"I won't…let them…hurt you…" She whispered. Then, Buneary saw images of a girl just like Cameron flash through its head.
"You stubborn twit. Since you have a death wish, I won't mind granting it at all! Metal Claw!" The male grunt shouted continuing to slash Cameron on the back causing more blood to pour from her until Serena jumped onto his back.
"Get your filthy claws of my daughter!" Serena shouted.
"Damnit…if only I could stand…" Ash thought.
"Ah! Get off me, you rat!" The male grunt shouted trying to shake Serena off but she held on.
"Braixen! Use Fire Blast!" Serena shouted.
Her Braixen was hesitant, but she fired a Fire Blast at both the male grunt and her master.
"AAH!" Serena fell to the ground showing burn makes as the male grunt screams in pain.
"AAAH! I'M ON FIIIRE!" He shouted as he fell to the ground unconscious and the flames died out as did his Ursaring form.
Both Ash and Gary were barely standing as the walked over to the man seeing that the item he had was on his chest.
Gary picks it up and examines it…
"Serena! Cameron! Pikachu!" Ash shouted rushing to his family's side.
"A-Ash…" Serena whispered.
"Serena…you're going to be okay, I promise." Ash assured turning to Cameron, "Cameron!" Ash shouted going to his daughter's side.
"Buneary…" Buneary said looking over her.
Ash examined her body to see that with was all slashed up, "She needs treatment, immediately!"
Gary was able to free his Pokemon and called the police who had the two grunts arrested.
As they were taken away, Gary examines the two items they have which appear to by black orbs, "They look kinda like Mega stones…" He thought, "But what are they, really?"
Ash and Serena took Pikachu, Umbreon, Buneary, and the rest of their Pokemon to the Pokemon for treatment and then they went to the hospital to get Cameron's wounds treated. While there, they also got their burn wounds treated but only cared about their daughter.
After a few century long hours, the doctor came out of Cameron's room.
"Doctor…is she going to be-" Serena was cut off.
"Rest assured, Ms. Ketchum. Cameron will be okay. Her wounds were pretty brutal…so brutal I'm surprised none of her organs were cut. She'll be recovering in a few weeks; however…"
"What is it?" Ash asks.
"Her front scratch mark was major. That thing won't be healing in a long time…I'm afraid she'll carry it for the rest of her life." The doctor said.
Serena covered her mouth and began to cry as Ash hugs her, "Thank you doctor…We would like to see her."
"Of course. I'll give you ten minutes." The doctor said.
Ash and Serena entered the room to see their daughter barely awake with bandages all over her torso.
"Hey…little girl. Are you feeling better?" Ash asks.
"Y-Yeah…Dad…" Cameron weakly said, "It hurts a lot but…I'm feeling better. How's Buneary…?"
"Nurse Joy said Buneary will be making a full recovery. It got through today thanks to you." Serena said.
"Yeah, that was so reckless of you. Jumping in like that, you almost got killed." Ash said.
"Better me than Buneary…I love Pokemon, Mom, Dad. And I'll do anything to protect them." Cameron said, "I'm sorry I didn't go back home, Mom."
"No…it's okay. You're just as reckless as your father. If you hadn't gone back, I can't imagine where we would be." Serena said, "All that matters is that everyone is safe."
"You were brave today, Cameron. I wasn't half as brave as you were when I was your age. I'm proud of you." Ash said.
Then the doctor came through the door, "I'm sorry to intrude, but the patient needs to have her rest."
"Of course." Ash said as he and Serena start to leave.
"Get some rest now. You'll be going on your Pokemon journey as soon as you leave here." Serena said.
"We love you, Cameron." Ash said.
"I love you too, Mom, Dad." Cameron said as Ash and Serena leave her.

Jurabi: So, how did you like it? Intense wasn't it? I got the idea of humans gaining Pokemon powers from the DNA Splicers used for Kyrem. I've always wondered: What if a human fuses with a Pokemon? Anyways, I think Serena's Pancham is going to evolve but I'm not sure what Dark-type she gets for that to be possible.
