"What do you know, I'm just like you. My father is Morpheus, god of dreams and sleep. So welcome to the club of misfit demigods," I replied
I had finally meet someone who could tell what I had been through the same things. Well, she seemed to be more hopeful, but I still think there was no hope in the world. While I didn't like her as a crush, I was happy to have a friend for once. Outside of the forest was a valley and Halla wanted me to see it. "Look Lucifer, look how beautiful it is, this is what your leaving behind," she said.
Well the valley was nice, I still think the world hated me. "So, I don't think I don't need it to live and this can't help me," I told her.
"Why do you hate the world, you told me your mother died but how. Was she murdered by someone."
"Yeah she was, by me. I accidentally used my powers on her, and she slowly died because of it. Then people keep on trying to see if I also had her mental disorder"
"So that does mean you have to give up on the world. I've lived a hard life too and I don't think giving up will save anything or anyone."
"Shut up, you don't know what its like. What its like to runway for just having a curse. You don't know what its like to have no family that wants you. You don't know what it like to keep secrets hidden but they can't be. You don't know, you don't know, you don't know," I couldn't help it but cry, I hadn't cried in 3 years.
"Yes I do know,  I know how it feels. Come on, let's get moving," she said in a calming voice.
