The eye of weakness makes whoever you look at weaker and makes it hard for them to use their quirk.
The eye of pain makes whoever you look at fall on the floor coughing out blood. ( This is the one you use whenever someone is in trouble, or you use the eye of death to kill them, bring their dead body into the police car, and then you revive them.)
The eye of panic paralyzes whoever you look at. ( Just like you might do whenever you panic.)
And last but not least the eye of healing, the eye of healing allows you to heal whoever you want to, but it's only if they get hurt, it doesn't work on anyone that's sick.
