Pseudo Pleasure

An insecure, yet carefree young man goes to live in a share-house. The other 4 residents(not including the owner) are all females. Not to mention that place can get a little weird... Seriously it's creeping me out! This ecchi-harem/comedy/mystery may seem cliche, but it may surprise you. Please forgive me for any grammar mistakes, and comment below who you ship the mc with. I will update a lot.

Is This A Mental Asylum?

Azula leads me to the backyard. I notice she is barefoot, though still wearing her school uniform, but without the white knee-socks she was wearing earlier. I see them clutched, in the small, tight fist of her left hand. The way she walks is graceful, like a princess, yet it seemed so enchanting, like a temptress . By the time I looked up we were already outside. There is a miniature shrine, and a little pond.
She gives me a blank, emotionless stare, and sits  down on a porch-swing that was on the back patio. "What did you want to talk to me about"? I ask. She responds "Your new life... Advice"... I'm surprised by what she had said, but, inside, I felt that I should listen. If she wants to help me, that's great. Maybe she'll fall for me... If only she didn't look so plain, and average...
"Don't judge me by my looks"... Says Azula, in a monotone voice. I didn't say anything about her to her at all. Is it possible that she can read my thoughts? That's kind of crazy, and scary, but I believe anything is possible. "About your new roommates"... She says. "I'll tell you how you should handle them. Don't pay much attention to Marika, she keeps secrets, is biased, and close-minded. Treat Blossom just as you'd treat a younger sister, but don't let Marika see you two actually get along. With Stefania, there's no real wrong way that a normal human being could treat her. Just be friendly, and don't ask too much about her"...
I take her words very seriously, I can tell she knows what she's talking about. However, I'm starting to get curious. I look at her, smile, and ask "What about you"? "What about me"? She asks with a dead look in her eyes. "Well, you gave me advice about the others"... I say "Now, what about you? Won't you tell me how to handle you, or tell me about yourself"?
She looks over at me. "There's nothing... Really... To talk about. Just leave me be, and we'll be cool". I'm surprised by her reaction, and words. I expected girlish embarrassment, shyness, or getting to know her. "You already know exactly what you need to know about me". She says. "Goodnight. I'll be going to bed now". She gets up, and enters the house. I sit there, curious. I'm intrigued by her. I know she has interests, hobbies, a personality, but I don't think she wants to talk about it. I'm kind of fine with it though.
Suddenly I feel a chilly wind, and look up, in shock. I see a little girl in front of me... Floating in the air! She had cute, timid grey eyes, and shiny, jet-black hair that was longer than she was tall. Her outfit puzzled me. It was an expensive looking, silk, navy-blue dress, that was ripped near fer right hip, and right shoulder. She was wearing a black, uncomfortable-looking dog collar, ripped, white knee-socks, wooden sandals, and had an old, rusty handcuff on her left hand. Only her left hand was cuffed, the other cuff just dangled below it, looking dysfunctional.
"Papa! Papa!" She calls out . She plants her feet on the ground, and asks me "Do you know a man with the family name Takewara..."? "No". I say, as tears well up in her eyes. "W-who are you"? I ask. "Takewara Setsuna, but call me by my given name, since that's what they do here". I smile at her. "Well Setsuna sit next to me". Incredible fear strikes her face as she backs away. "N-no please don't hurt me"... "I won't hurt you" I say. She looks me in the eyes. "I-i'll sit by you then"...
"How can you float"? I ask. She replies "I'm a ghost"... My mom gave me to a weird American man, when I was 13, and I-I was r-raped by him, so many times. The final time I bled to death after he wouldn't stop"... Tears well up in her eyes. "I-it's okay, he'll never get you here". I say trying to calm her down. I wasn't that scared, because I've had several paranormal experiences. "I-I know"... She nervously tells me. "But, my Papa... I haven't seen him in forever... What year is it"? "2016". I respond. "It's been over two hundred years since I've seen him"! She shouts, in shock. "Now he's dead too... I don't think he knew about what my mother did... She seemed to care anyway... She always told me that she wanted to get rid of me, two hundred years ago, she finally did"... The sad, fearful ghost starts crying.
"It's okay". I tell her. "I'll help you find your dad, and I'll even be like your second dad, okay"? She glares at me, with a tearful face. "W-why? I don't think humans can do adult things with ghosts, just to let you know". This poor girl... "It's fine I wouldn't dare do anything dirty to you. Will you let me help you? Will you let me be your papa"? She smiles at me. "Okay, but promise me we'll both see my papa one day". "I promise". I feel bad making a promise that I can't keep, but I need her to trust me...
