The Child and His Troll

Chapter 2

        At about lunch time Charlie saw that George had followed him all the way to school. He went outside to confront him and to talk to him and tell him that he can't follow him to school everyday, or at all for that fact. After Charlie told George off he walked home all gloomy and mopey. As soon as he got home George opened the freezer and ate all of the ice cream that it contained. He plopped down on the couch and cried so much that the living room became like an indoor lake. When Charlie's father got home  and saw that George had provided him with a brand new living room lake he asked him what was bothering him. George told him " He yelled at me!" "Who did? Who yelled at you buddy?" asked Charlie's father. "Charlie!" Yelled George " I'll have a talk with him when he gets home okay?"
        When Charlie got off the bus and opened the front door of his house his father called for him to come to the kitchen. "Hey dad. What's up?" asked Charlie. " Why did you yell at George earlier today?" asked his father in a unhappy tone. "He followed me to school today! Everybody could see him. I just didn't want him to get hurt and taken away." replied charlie sadly. "Well now thanks to that we have  no ice cream left. Now go apologize to George" Charlie went into the living room to say that he was very sorry to George when he saw that George was passed out cold on couch.
