Lurking Nightmares: Relocation

Was it Betrayal? Or Sabotage? (Chica)

Those few seconds once Ellie out of nowhere jumpscared me, teeth grinded in a twisted smile, eyes deadly, and claws sharp. She was not the same, no she was different for deep down I could not tell whether this was the real Ellie or a beast of her former self taking control; either way she was overpowering I felt tears stream my face shutting my eyes awaiting for claws to sheath me but nothing happens. I open my eyes and discover the hand of Bonnie gripping Ellie's hand mid-blow she hisses at him though instead of attacking the grey cat's eyes widen with fear "Ellie...stop this please. Can you hear me?" Bonnie asked her gently trying to reach to her Ellie's  ears flatten "Bonnie...?" She responds til right there behind her Myth suddenly shut her off the cat animatronic goes motionless and collapses with Bonnie catching her. Freddy helps me up "Are you okay Chica? Did she hurt you?" The bear frantically asked I  shook my head "No I'm fine, it's just why did Ellie suddenly attack me as well as Scourge and Rosy? You don't think she..." "No!" Bonnie protested suddenly before I could finish "No, if you were thinking she was intending to betray and attack us your wrong" the purple bunny stands up holding the body of Ellie "I know Bonnie, but even if it wasn't betrayal then why did she attack?" I questioned trying to figure that out.
Marionette soon entered the room looking surprised "What happened here?" He wonders seeing a very badly damaged Rosy, partly torn suited Scourge, and Bonnie holding Ellie Myth was the first to answer "I believe I might know. But I'll explain once we fix Rosy and figure out what happened to Ellie" the griffin beckons Marionette, Bonnie, me, Rosy, Goldie, and a few others to the spare parts room. Once we got there Rosy was sat down on a chair so Myth could examine her carefully he grabbed a wrench and reattached her jaw in place, then replaced her eye afterwards cleaning up what was left of the oil "There you are free to go, but be sure not to use your jaw too much. The screw is still a bit loose" Myth advised Rosy nodded already leaving though stopping before walking out "Please make sure my friend is okay. I don't want nothing bad happening to her" before anyone could respond the blue wolf was gone. I looked over at Bonnie looking concerned as his pink eyes kept watching the still Ellie carefully hoping she'd wake up "Bonnie, may you bring Ellie up to the table please" Marionette beckoned for him Bonnie stood up and settled her down on the table I stand beside Freddy and listen as Myth suddenly opened up something in the back of Ellie's head; a little hatch opened revealing an odd activation sequence titled  "rage mode."

Myth looked terrified "So this was the cause of her rage? Looks like the workers have not yet removed rage mode from her settings" some of us seemed confused "Rage mode?" Scourge questions "What is rage mode" I question as well. Myth adjusts his amulet and takes put a toolbox "You see, me and the other animatronics that were brought here were updated with a defense mechanism called rage mode. Rage mode was only activated if ever felt threatened it would activate but due to this feature being unstable it was removed. Though I'm assuming they didn't have the time to remove from Ellie therefore they deactivated til there was time to remove it apparently somebody or someone has reactivated it sending her off to destroy as if this was some sort of sabotage" thinking for a moment I did see Ellie stop attacking once she saw Bonnie and she did hesitate in trying to hurt me as if she were trying to hold herself back but couldn't. "So are you gonna remove it?" Bonnie asked seeming worried Freddy placed a hand on his shoulder "We'll do all we can hopefully it's not too late, now go so we can concentrate" Goldie demanded sending us out the door shut on us from behind, Bonnie sat down next to the doorway "Bonnie, I know your concerned for Ellie but she'll be fine" I try convincing him but the rabbit only sighs "I hope so" Freddy and I look at each other before giving Bonnie sometime to himself. I head back to the stage I feel a dark presence near by as if someone were watching my every move.
