Monday
Lexa:I couldn't find Lewis anywhere. In math Ginny didn't talk to anyone not even Amanda. I glared at her every so often. In bio I sat down and the seat next to me was empty. About 5 minutes into class Lewis walked through the door. We sat next to me without saying a word. He never smiled he just frowned the whole class. I knew he would be different just not this different.
"Are you okay", I asked?
"What do you think. Of course not", he said rudely.
After many more attempts of conversation I gave up. At lunch I noticed Ginny sitting all alone.
"Doesn't Ginny like have friends", Molly said.
"In math she was ignoring Amanda", I added to the conversation.
"I wonder what she did", osha asked?
"I have no idea but I know she's been texting Lewis. But he won't text me I've tried multiple times", I vented.
"Lewis probably brought he into his depressed world", Sam said.
"Sam", osha said elbowing him!
"It fine Lewis is acting REALLY weird".
"Well I mean he was kidnapped", Molly said.
"Yeah. Do you think he'll get back to normal", I asked.
"It may take awhile but he should maybe not normal but way better", Sam said. His parents were therapists.
"I just want the old Lewis back", I said sadly.
All my friends looked at me sympathetically.
Ginny:
My whole group was signaling for me to sit with them but I sat down at a table by my self. I needed to think. Amanda wouldn't have told them what happened but I needed time to think. I didn't need friends anyway. I stared at the back of Lexa's head she had the prettiest hair. I remembered the short time we were friends. She didn't hate me but she was jealous. Lexa actually liked Lewis.
"Lewis", I said startled!
Lewis had sat down next to me.
"Hey", he said with no emotion.
We both ate our lunches in silence. I had to ask him something. I wouldn't care if he left me.
"Lewis...would you um hate me if I said I um....", this was a bad idea, "liked girls".
"No"
"Oh"
We went back to silence.
