First day back at school (part 2)

Espeon was already bored. Why did they have maths first period on the first day back? Not that Miss Jigglypuff cared a bit. At least she was in a class with Eevee, Shiny Eevee and Vaporeon- all of which were her friends. Some other students were Pikachu, Vulpix, Dedene, Butterfree and Litton, yet those weren't even all of them, Espeon had just grown tired of listing the ones she had.
"Okay students, if I had three Rockruffs but four of them left, how many would I have left over?" Miss Jigglypuff didn't even seem to bothered in what questions she gave out wrongly.
"That's impossible, miss!" Called out Pikachu.
"Raise your paw please, Pikachu." Scolded Miss Jigglypuff.
"Yes, miss. Sorry, miss." Pikachu raised a paw. "That's impossible, Miss Jigglypuff."
"So it is. Oh dear, I am suddenly rather bored, students. Why don't we play a game?" Miss Jigglypuff offered.
"What kind of game, miss?" Asked Vaporeon curiously.
"Whoever answers my question correctly first can leave the classroom first when the bell rings." Decided Miss Jigglypuff.
The students seemed happy enough with the response, but Espeon just rolled her eyes. She'd had Miss Jigglypuff last year and knew these games were impossible for her to get her head around. Though last year nobody had got any of her games completely right, so she wasn't alone.
"Okay students, if a-b=3, and b-2=3, what number am I thinking of?" Asked Miss Jigglypuff, smiling.
Pikachu raised his hand. "Is it three, miss?"
"No." Replied Miss Jigglypuff.
"Well b must be five, so is it five, miss?" Offered Vaporeon.
"No, Vaporeon, but your calculations are correct." Miss Jigglypuff answered.
"If b is five then a is eight... are you thinking of eight, miss?" Shiny Eevee asked.
"No." Miss Jigglypuff was smiling now.
"Two?" Eevee chirped eagerly.
"Not even close." Miss Jigglypuff declared.
"One hundred, miss." Espeon shrugged.
Miss Jigglypuff's mouth dropped wide open. "How on earth did you guess that?"
"You didn't say the number had to be within the sums, miss, and you told us last year your birthday is on the one hundredth day of the year." Replied Espeon.
And when the bell rang, Miss Jigglypuff let out Espeon first.
"Well done, Espeon." She smiled as her arundent left the classroom.
